Marc didn’t try to add on any bogus fees or take advantage of me in any way, just a standard dealer prep (which was half of what I was about to pay from another dealer), plus he knocked off some from the original price. I live in Idaho, and after having found the exact vehicle I wanted, I made arrangements to fly out there and drive it home. Marc worked with me with getting the paperwork mailed out so I could register before leaving home. I called several times to work out details, and every time Melissa answered the phone and just has a pleasant personality, very nice to deal with. Marc was very helpful and pleasant to deal with, and even offered to have someone pick me up from the airport! Pierre picked me up and we had a nice talk on the drive. Everyone there is just very pleasant to interact with, helpful, honest, full of integrity, good people. I love the vehicle, but I’m so glad I bought it from Marx.
