Jacob was very knowledgeable and expedient in ordering my 4 tires and even helped me in putting one of the tires on that had a donut until I could come back and put the other 3 tires on when I got back from vacation. They also price match the tires I saw at a different tire store.”

Now, today, the same thing, but why do I have to ask if oil change placard is in place and reset the oil change on dash; both of which were not done. We have to get it together. Thank you”

“It's Sunday afternoon and I have a flat. I called all the local tire places and they were so rude to me on the phone. I forgot BJs had a tire center so I called to see if anyone was available to look at my flat. The guy I spoke to was so nice and I was able to bring my car right in. They found a nail and was able to patch it up. In and out in less than an hour.I had a nail in my tire a few months ago and Dartmouth Toyota where I normally bring my Toyota missed it and it cost me a lot of money to fix. Everyone I interacted with at BJs tire center was very professional and efficient. Much appreciated. Will def go back there.”
