I have been a Verizon customer for a very long time, and with good intentions I sent my girlfriend to get a New prepaid account and phone. I was in the industry for a while and I know what wheel and deals they try to do which is fine. So I sent her with the expectation to get a Samsung A14 which was $50 with a new activation. Reasoning is because it has the capability of moving apps to external memory instead of internal memory with 64gb of internal storage. Well unfortunately when my girlfriend went to this store explaining that the issue she had with her previous device was storage issues, they pushed the Moto G play 23 on her because it was the free phone and not the one we discussed that we were ready to pay the money for. She was assured she could put a memory card in the phone and expand that way. Now let me tell you why the Moto g play 23 is a piece of junk and why we didn't want it in the first place. The phone has exactly 32gb of internal memory. The phone requires 10gb of internal memory for operating system and phone functions so already you are down to 22gb internal memory. Now we put a 256gb memory card in the phone and low and behold you CAN NOT MOVE APPLICATIONS TO EXTERNAL MEMORY. So the apps she uses for work and regular social media apps used up the rest of the 22gb and there is no way to move it. Only media files and documents can be moved to the memory card which was the concern from the start. So the phone is running at half speed and overworking because there is no way to free up the internal memory without removing apps that she requires daily. So what does Verizon do about it? Nothing. On top of it there is a $50 restocking fee and the phone they sold her was free. I understand store incentives and I understand promotions but now that offer we originally wanted is no longer available for the phone we originally walked in there to get. So best believe she canceled the service and I am taking my 6 lines of postpaid service and going to another company after 20+ years of service because the only thing that I can say is truly unfortunate is the store was looking out for the benefit of them and not for the benefit of the customer. I may be 1 account out of millions so they won't bat an eye but take the advice and do not go to a store period do your research and purchase yourself online.

We were very pleased with the service we got from Wendy. She assisted me with my Apple Watch and took the time to go over some of its features. My husband was looking into a watch too, and she guided him to the right model for him to use at work.

I have Verizon. I tried calling them because my phone was tapped. They told me they can’t un tap the phone even though all my call forwarding are still active and I try telling them to take it off every time they just keep trying to offer me more and more stuff that I don’t want when I just want my phone for call forwarding to be completely disabled, my phones tapping Verizon doesn’t want to remove the tap to the point they actuallyare hanging around with human trafficking and it’s kind of crazy because rise is actually notorious and has history with scammers so far they haven’t changed their user agreements, so they have been honest compared to T-Mobile and AT&T who changes their user agreements without letting the third-party concept forms. That’s why when someone doesn’t agree to it and they change the user agreements after they made the agreement and everyone was originally then they switched it up without authorization, you don’t actually have to pay for the device you can actually sell it and report it as fraud might sound completely fraudulent, and in reality they change the user agreements without permissions I bought a One yeah, first they sent me the phone then they called me after the bank already collected payments Verizon service, a crashes here and there and every time I try ask customer support to remove the bugs and disable that feature. They turn it right back on after turning it off and it’s not the phone because i’ve changed to four different phones. The only reason I’m keeping the iPhone from Verizon is because the contract is there they haven’t violated their user agreements otherwise I’ll just report it as fraud. The service quality trash is hard to get reception right literally even in a Verizon store even at this location and the William S Candibar no service at the end of the day they’re gonna just make it the same thing like Fall River you know you tried

10/28/2023 Stay away, read the fine print.... went in for new equipment for an existing account. After 4 hours and being told I had to open a new account, there was an issue on releasing the new equipment. I had enough, walked out went next door and had t mobile internet service within 30 mins.(which has been great)Emails were sent to me regarding cancelation. Tell me why after some investigation I'm being charged double my monthly rate, I was signed up for a new business account (don't have a business) never took ownership of any equipment and I'm being charged monlty for service I do not have.... very shady practices. I was advised by Verizon to seek legal counsel. I've had nothing but bad experiences with Verizon in the past on a corporate level and this just shows it does trickle down. Will update.....

I was greeted rudely by a worker who immediately had a guard up at the Dartmouth location. I was confused about what she was saying when I asked her about my memory card not remembering it’s a SIM card. She was rude then proceeded to tell her boss I was coming at her. I asked her name and she refused to tell me. Take it a few minutes later Ian the manager came over, was great and explained things clearly. I don’t post often but that girl needs help in customer care and service.

I was getting screwed over by AT&T so I came into Verizon yesterday where I was helped by Crystal who went way out of her way to make sure that I got a great deal. I got two 9th generation IPads for free and she also made sure that I saved as much money as possible. It was quick and super painless and I'm getting twice the services for more than half the price. I recommend that anyone who wants there wireless plan explained and doesn't want to pay through the roof come in and see Crystal right here at the Dartmouth Verizon. Thank you CrystalBryan Carreira

I was just requesting a phone replacement due to a swollen battery. As usual, there was a minimal wait and the staff was very helpful and attentive.

I've been a loyal Verizon customer for decades and after a very challenging time of it with this provider, the manager at the Dartmouth store was more helpful to me than he probably realizes. He is a great asset to Verizon! Thanks Chris!

As a consumer when you walk into a Verizon store you expect all Verizon stores to be connected. unfortunately this is not true. I went to Verizon in Swansea and bought liquid glass from my screen. It cracked I was in Dartmouth and I went to Verizon to find out about the warranty. I left there feeling embarrassed and horrified! I was told in front of at least 10 customers after I stated that I bought the liquid glass at Verizon in Swansea, "we do not sell liquid glass at Verizon." I asked the gentleman are you calling me a liar? " no I am not, but you didn't buy it at Verizon, we do not sell it." I will never deal with that store again as a consumer I should not be feeling this way!!!!! It WAS BOUGHT AT THE VERIZON STORE IN SWANSEA!!!
