I came into the Verizon store with an issue with my phone Yariellis assisted me in getting me a new phone on a great deal she made sure I had all the accessories I needed. Her customer service was amazing! If you ever need help while at the fairhaven Verizon store I highly recommend asking for her!

Kevin was a HUGE help. I had to return a phone since my Dad passed away. The corporate company did not set him up for success with putting in a return and he made it happen! Kevin is a natural problem solver and deserves a promotion and raise!
