I wish I saw all the negative reviews before I went in to the store to buy a wristband for my watch, I was wearing my work uniform, the moment I entered the store one employee give me a look like I’m low level to be in here, without even saying “ hi how can u help you”. The employee said “Yes” with a weird look, then I told him what I need, he asked another employee to help me, after I finished the transaction and walked out I swear I could see the security guard asking the employee if I paid the wristband which I was caring it in my hand. Never again into the store and probably it’s the time to switch to Samsung.

In general, I've had fairly positive experiences in this store, but it's not been the case lately, especially my recent visit. I went in on Saturday a couple hours before closing and just wanted to buy Airpods. I asked 4 different people, and none helped, they said I should wait for one employee who I waited for 20+ min as he checked out one person who was almost certainly buying for multiple people. One transaction with cash, one with a card, one with a different card, etc, etc. I waited patiently and asked this one employee if there was someone else that could check me out. The customer doing the nonstop transactions actually told him to let me go ahead of him. The employee told me to hold on, I waited another 5 mins and walked out. I've been to Apple Stores all over the world. I know how well these can be run. I've seen how proactive some stores are in asking if you need help. ZERO people asked me, I had to do the asking and still got no help...for a purchase..something I would think you want to optimize for. I simply went to Best Buy down the street & bought the Airpods there in under 5 min. Whoever is running this store needs to step it up, it's not up to par with the brand as far as customer service.

I had an amazing experience at the Dedham Apple Store thanks to Kat. I came in unsure about switching from the regular Apple Watch to the Ultra, and Kat greeted me with a warm smile and immediately offered help. She walked me through the features, explained the benefits clearly, and even showed me how to use the band when I was struggling. She went above and beyond, was personable and patient, and made me feel confident about my choice. I left with way more knowledge than I came in with. Thank you, Kat — outstanding service!

ABSOLUTELY LOVED JULIAN
my sister and I had an appointment to get her iCloud sorted out on new devices. The guy who checked us in was rude and said “ you could just call support for this” we explained that it was easier for us to do an in person visit since we had multiple things to set up, he was very indifferent. We waited past our appointment time, then suddenly a bright, happy man named Julian explained that the technician was busy and although it wasn’t his area of expertise he would start things for us, which he did all the while very positive and helpful also running between several other clients all with a wonderful attitude and excellent interpersonal skills, despite some other customers being frustrated for reasons unrelated to Julian he took it all in stride never changing his kind, helpful demeanor. Julian helped us beyond words we were soo grateful he was not intimidating and helped us with things that we had not even thought he could help with !!! We are soo impressed and grateful for Julian. He is exemplary of what an amazing employee is

I wish I could remember the name of the employee who helped me with switching over to my new phone last week, completely forgot to make this review when I asked but I’m still just so thankful for how insanely helpful the team in Dedham is. I was on my lunch break and even though they had a long line ahead of me backed up, they made sure I made it back on time and had multiple team members working to figure out my issue as quick as possible. I could not have had a better experience, Thankyou!

I advise ppl not to spend their money here. I have had apple product since 2006. All the money this company has made off me and i still can’t get good costumer service ? The manager was rude, the employees weren’t on the same page and they act like they’re better than the customer, like their name is Steve Jobs lol. I went to get my phone fixed and instead left saying Inwill never give apple another Dime… Time to switch to Samsung, and if you were wise… you would do the same.
