Worst customer service ever. I was traveling in Europe when my Studio Beats headphones broke. I was running against the clock to get it repaired under Applecare but I was traveling in an area where there were no apple stores within 200 mikes. As soon as I got back I brought it in and the people here were no help they said "Sorry you should have taken it to an Apple Store in Europe". Then I spoke to the manager BLYTH and she took no interest in resolving the issue and proceeded to say "There's nothing I can do... call the 1-800 number". No attempt at empathy nor at listening at my issue. Just a binary and robotic view of customer service. Awful!Update: After Blyth left and I was left to call 1-800 on my own young man call Julian stepped up and showed a lot of initiative and on his own also called one 800 but spoke from the Apple store and was able to help me resolve the issue. It didn't change how badly I felt after the failure of the manager to address my problem, but I have torecognize the initiative that Julian had in helping me out, even though he didn't have all the authority a manager would have. Bottom line if you go here talk to Julian if not, just avoid at all cost. Just call 1-800 number. That's what they're gonna say anyway.

The absolute worse customer service!! Apple knows that people will buy their products no matter what so they don't need to try. I bought an iPad in August and arranged a trade in for my old one. When I went to the store to pick up the new IPad and trade in the old one, I was working with one salesperson, but was passed on to another and then another. I left the trade-in iPad with the third salesperson. A week or so later, I received notice that the trade-in was canceled because they never received the old iPad. Contacting anyone in the store is impossible and even the customer services reps could not get through. I finally reached a woman named Stephanie who said she would try to find the lost trade-in iPad.Last night, a month later, I received a phone message from Stephanie saying that they located the lost iPad and I was eligible to receive the credit, but I needed to call back by the next day. I spent an hour on hold last night and another 90 minutes today trying to get through to the store to no avail.At this point, the time I have wasted trying to resolve the iPad trade-in is not worth the $55 I would have gotten for it. In any case, Apple doesn't need to read their Yelp reviews because we will buy their products anyway.

I love this store. I always buy new iPhones at this place, but this time was special. Professor DJ spent some glorious time teaching me and my brother new features for our iPhone camera. Also helping us to set everything perfectly before our 10h flight next morning. This kind of customer service is beyond training. Is about kindness and character. Thank you Professor DJ for all your attention and excellent service. I am also sending this to Apple.

Tried to exchange (not return for $) an UNOPENED UNDAMAGED watch band that I got as a gift. Legacy place is always a ZOO so couldn’t get close enough to the store to exchange. It was a little more than 30 days after it was purchased. With ALL of the money that Apple makes I can’t believe they wouldn’t let me exchange it. I’ve sunk so much money into Apple products over the years I am absolutely beside myself they wouldn’t honor this exchange.I mean other companies offer you a store credit if it’s after. But Apple?!? You’re not losing ANYTHING by letting me exchange it.

Purchased a phone. The customer service representative was very helpful and was taking the time to complete the set up of phone. Store manager or supervisor interrupted our set up and told representative to finish set up quickly because he needed to take his scheduled break and ushered us out of set up area. Very unprofessional "supervisor."

This is hands down the best Apple Store I’ve ever been to. Everyone is super professional, kind, and helpful. Rachel was incredible. She was able to bring my MacBook Air back from the dead in just a few hours. Someone give that girl a raise. Very appreciative. Thank you ??

Always have a positive experience at Apple. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. Had a warranty claim on my 14 Pro Max and set an appointment online. They fixed the issue and got me back up in no time with no out of pocket cost. Easy as it should be.

Sister had a watch band that broke less than a year ago. Lightly used. Clearly below Apple standards. Came in when super quiet, no appointments until tomorrow. Staff said there was no way it was covered, didn’t even try to see if they could make an exception. Not the apple I know.

My wife bought me a pair of AirPods Pro last January she didn’t get Apple care unfortunately AirPods started to have humming noises 2 months after the warranty expired Apple issued a one time exception for me to get me new ones although the warranty expired they told me to go to the store and they will give me new ones I go to the store what a surprise the manager had left for the night the manager after him was a girl she said we can’t do that you don’t have Apple care I said Apple issued and he tells me we can’t do that one He exemption for me she said no we can’t do that so I left next day I callApple again they said we ll fix that for you Apple called the store to make sure everything will be ok for me toGo get them as soon as I hung upThe phone with Apple the store manager calls me he said we can’t give u new AirPods you have to bring them in for repair I’m like why you didn’t say that to Apple because they just called me and told me to come there everything it’s all set for me to come get the new ones so I just hung up called Apple again and I decided to send them to Apple and they will send me new ones it will take a week and that’s fine I do t want to deal with these people again in that store-10 * stars to that manager and his store

Zero stars for this place. I came here last week. They told me it would take 2-3 days to replace my battery because they need to take everything out of my laptop. Fine, ordered the battery and got the call to go back.Went back today to drop off the laptop, and the wait time is now 6 days! The guy just threw his hands and didn’t care to help come up with ANY solution. I’ve been a loyal iPhone/Mac user and this experience is making me question my future purchases with Apple.

I have no problem with the technicians I've worked with over the last month or so. However, the store leader that I interacted with was smug - too caught up with wanting to tell me about the Apple way; it is better than any other provider - and let me tell you how. And you better listen . . .

The store ppl try to bully customers. They exchanged my wife's iphone (within warranty) and gave a phone with a dead pixel. When I noted, they asked me if I seriously cared about a dead pixel. I affirmed and they had to comply. Don't be bullied. Give it back to them
