At Home in Dedham, MA offers a wide selection of modern to traditional home goods, furniture, outdoor decor, and more at affordable prices. Customers enjoy browsing the store's impressive decor collections, though it's a bit out of the way for some. The main draw is the rug selection, which allows shoppers to see and feel the quality in person rather than just online. The store provides helpful service, with staff members assisting customers in finding and pricing items.
One reviewer was especially impressed with Katie, an employee who went above and beyond to ensure a customer's order was properly fulfilled after some initial issues. Her determination to make things right demonstrates At Home's commitment to excellent customer service.
However, not all experiences have been perfect. One shopper noted the store's use of strong fragrance throughout, which can be problematic for those with health conditions like migraines or asthma. They recommend reconsidering this practice to create a more welcoming environment for all customers.
Overall, At Home is praised for its great selection, reasonable prices, and friendly staff. Customers enjoy browsing the store when they have the chance and have found many "awesome finds" to enhance their homes and gardens.
The staff are wonderful. They were very helpful in finding the products.
