“Excellent assistance from the store manager exploring options. We were educated on Consumer Reports reviews, so that combined with the years of experience from the manager, we found the perfect mattress! Manager spent a lot of time educating us and letting us try options from their large selection. You spend a third of your life on a mattress so pick a winner! Had a factory defect in the delivered platform and they immediately replaced it. Great service. Prices were competitive. Could you find a slightly cheaper mattress online? Maybe. But given the service and the value of the assistance from the store in selecting, we are very pleased with the purchase. We're not one of those sleaze bags that go try in the store, then order online somewhere else.”

“Edit: we had a fantastic sales experience at this location, and they fixed a error with the delivery date, which was a huge relief to us and completely renewed our faith in their professionalism and our desire to go and shop there in the future!Prev review: We got a delivery and were all set up but the salesman made an error and our delivery got delayed because they forgot to add the bed cover. Very disappointing to have to change our plans to receive delivery due to store error. They need to do better.”

“We go to this store occasionally for random items for the house, but mostly to browse. It's sort of out of the way from where we go to most of our errands, so we don't go there often, but we enjoy looking around when we do have errands in that area.It's sort of like an upscale ocean state job lot which we go to more often at it's closer to us.The main reason we go here is to look at the rugs as they have a decent selection and you can feel and see what they look like outside of just a photo, so it's easier to visualize it in the location you want. They have tags so you can find the rug on the shelf and when you find a rug that is not tagged with a price, you can call someone to come and scan for you with a little toner right away the rug area. I never use it cause at most stores no one ever comes, but a gentleman saw us heading to the cashier with 2 rugs because we didn't know the price and told us we could use the van button, but since we were close to the register, he went and got a scanner and then carried the rug we didn't want back.The selection of home products is great, the service is great with ample parking.. and although they have online ordering to just pick up when you get there, for rugs I recommend going in and checking them out in person.It's a place we like to go to when we can.. and my cat really enjoyed the rug we at got this time.”
