Expect 2 weeks or more for your issue to be fixed. Especially if its under warranty to be repaired. Oh and emergency vehicles have priority. And the place never answer from the shop or returns calls.

Worst phone system EVER! When you finally get a person on the phone its actually India not even the USA and isnt much help.....

Dont bother calling, store may be great but the worst phone system i've ever dealt with anywhere. Call center instead of a direct line to the parts department, i've spent hours finding and verifying accounts instead of calling and picking up a part. Cummins owes me atleast 3hrs of pay.
