“Bridge St Auto has been above and beyond helpful with my car repairs after my accidents. In both situations they were extremely flexible when I was having issues with scheduling and going back and forth with my insurance, and attempting to help me with rentals. They were very understanding of my situation, and helped me make sure I could get my car back in time to make pick up for my children at day care. Their service is top notch, and their work is equally up to the task. My car has come back looking brand new each time, and their work was done in a reasonable time frame and they kept me updated. “I originally went to Pep Boys for a simple headlight bulb replacement, but my experience was disappointing. The employee at the front desk told me it would take a few days without offering much explanation or showing any urgency. Shortly afterward, I saw him outside in the parking lot talking to someone in a car, which didn’t leave a great impression.
I decided to leave and went to Mavis Tire in Dedham on Providence Highway instead, and the difference was night and day. Jaleel was professional, prompt, and extremely courteous from start to finish. He listened to what I needed, helped me quickly, and provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process.
If you’re looking for a shop that values your time and treats customers with professionalism and respect, I highly recommend Mavis in Dedham and especially Jaleel. Great experience.”

Any time I’ve ever taken my car here when I’ve had issues and thought the problems would be significant and expensive, they have always been minimal fixes which Joe has been honest with me about every time. They could very easily overcharge you or make up some diagnostics to make a quick buck like some other shops do, but they don’t, and are as honest as they come. I’m moving across the country soon and I hope that I can find a mechanic who is as trustworthy as these good people are. I will miss them!”

“Purchased a car from Rob about a year ago had an issue with the car about a month after I bought it I called Rob up and told him the problem he didn’t hesitate to tell me to bring the car back so he can fix it had it for a couple of days he took care of it and told me it was all set had the car now almost 1 year and haven’t had any issues me and my wife are very happy with the purchase and service he is true to his word that we wouldn’t have any problems if we did just bring it in and he would take care of it…little late on review but thank you Rob !!!!”

“Come here all the time for full service gas (originally a Jersey girl) and whenever I have a nail in my tire. They also have free air (although the machine was broken last time i needed it). The employees are honest and able to do the work right then and there. $20 to fix a tire with a nail in it in less than 10 minutes. It’s so nice to have a place like this in the community!”

Ron Todisco jumped through hoops to get a technician to us as I was busy panicking ! Nick provided a solution and all was well in the world. I thank you from the bottom of my heart ! “I needed to get a fair bit of work done on my car and I haven't had time so it's piled up, today I was able to just walk in after calling ahead to make sure they weren't booked. Jeff helped me right away, and was spot on with his estimate that it would take about an hour to get to my car for the diagnosis. The new waiting room is far more comfortable than the old one, and when the results came back Jeff didn't rush me through it, didn't push me towards anything, and was helpful in getting exactly what I wanted done. He gave me an accurate quote for the amount of time it would take, and when I came back a few hours later to pick the car up he helped me find coupons that saved me $100. The car feels great, the bill was under what I'd been prepared to spend, and Jeff's exceptional combination of professionalism & personable demeanor really sealed the experience from top to bottom. No one wants to have to take their car in for repairs or maintenance, but with the service and options provided it was a pleasant experience with minimal impact to my day. Absolutely will be returning for further work, this experience made a task that can feel daunting as easy as any other errand.”
