In both situations they were extremely flexible when I was having issues with scheduling and going back and forth with my insurance, and attempting to help me with rentals. They were very understanding of my situation, and helped me make sure I could get my car back in time to make pick up for my children at day care. Their service is top notch, and their work is equally up to the task. My car has come back looking brand new each time, and their work was done in a reasonable time frame and they kept me updated. “Car was overheating on the way to Boston for a doctor's appointment. I pulled into the first service station I saw. A gentleman came out immediately to assist me, filled my radiator with water and gave me a gallon to take with me. He offered to take a look at it as soon as an oil change was finished, but I had to get to my appointment. Made it there and back home to Taunton safely. Thank you for your kindness.”

“I’m a little late on writing this, but I have to say Mark is hands down the best mechanic I’ve ever worked with. He is incredibly honest and really knows his stuff when it comes to cars. He took the time to explain everything to me in a way that made sense, and I never felt like he was trying to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. “Purchased a car from Rob about a year ago had an issue with the car about a month after I bought it I called Rob up and told him the problem he didn’t hesitate to tell me to bring the car back so he can fix it had it for a couple of days he took care of it and told me it was all set had the car now almost 1 year and haven’t had any issues me and my wife are very happy with the purchase and service he is true to his word that we wouldn’t have any problems if we did just bring it in and he would take care of it…little late on review but thank you Rob !!!!”

“Come here all the time for full service gas (originally a Jersey girl) and whenever I have a nail in my tire. They also have free air (although the machine was broken last time i needed it). The employees are honest and able to do the work right then and there. $20 to fix a tire with a nail in it in less than 10 minutes. It’s so nice to have a place like this in the community!”
“I wanted to highly recommend Big Jack's Auto Service & Towing. I called him on a Friday afternoon to help a friend whose car had blown an engine and needed to be towed from it's location and checked out as far as possible repairs. Although Jack was in the middle of his holiday party, he took the time over several phone calls to arrange the towing to his place, something he certainly did not have to do. This was extremely helpful to both my friend and me. He said he would look at the car on Monday and did exactly that. I asked him to let me know the options for fixing the car and the cost. He got back to me promptly on both issues. While the car is beyond repair, given its age, the important thing to me and to anyone reading this review is how Jack stepped up and provided a much needed service quickly. My friend will also need help finding and working with a salvage company, something neither he nor I know anything about, but Jack stepped up there as well to help with that. I cannot be happier with Jack, his business and how much he helped.”
