“I dropped my Google Pixel phone and the display broke, leaving me with a non-functioning display. I brought my phone to his shop and not only did Valentino happen to have a replacement screen for my (8 year old) model, but had it repaired in about 40 minutes. His pricing was very reasonable too.”

“Highly recommend this place! This morning I woke up and saw that my laptop had gotten wet from some water that spilled on my desk. The screen was not working and caps lock light was blinking, indicating water damage. I took it to Sam, expecting a costly repair. Fortunately it turned out to be a simple fix (somehow no hardware damage!), but nonetheless it did require him to open up the bottom and unplug something on the motherboard (I’m not tech savvy at all and would not have known how to do this) and run a test of the system to make sure the battery/other components were ok. Even though there weren’t any repairs needed, I greatly appreciated Sam’s help. I’m a student and was panicking at the thought of not having a working laptop. Very grateful to have it back up and running smoothly!”
“They are so professional, polite and worth every penny! The apple store didn’t even accommodate as quickly and punctually compared to everyone at UBreakiFix. Hope I don’t break anymore devices but I know where to go if if i do.”
“Mikael is wonderful - honest and kind and extremely knowledgable - the older stereo I brought to him for repair had extensive damage to the turntable the tape deck and CD player as well as the speakers and it would have cost more to fix than it cost to purchase - so I decided not to go ahead - and he offered to take it and recycle it for me- I can't say enough good about him-”

“Tony was great throughout the entire process. Whole thing took 2 visits and he knew exactly what he was doing. My TV suddenly stopped powering on, I tried all the troubleshooting possible and nothing worked.Tony took the a look at the hardware and quickly recognized the motherboard not functioning. Ordered the part and repaired it on the next visit.Really nice guy and very reasonable prices for the work. Saved me from buying a new TV which I’m super grateful for. Highly recommend if you’re having TV issues.”
“Couldn’t have asked for better service. Very friendly and replaced my tv screen perfectly. Would happily call them again if I needed another repair. Thank you!”
“I have used Gadgetworx on multiple occasions, mostly for iPhone screen repairs but most recently for replacement of the charging port on a Samsung phone. They have always been good at what they do, with a quick turn-around on the repairs, and fair pricing. They are always my first choice when something fixable goes wrong with a family phone.”

151 Tremont St, Boston“Had a busted USB port on my cell phone. T-Mobile Revel V 5G , T-Mobile wouldn't fix it, they wanted me to buy a new phone. Ubreakwefix quoted me 120 and 5-7 days, CPR phone repair told me 25 diagnostics and then 130 for the part and labor and a week...Phil had the part on hand and fixed it in 20 minutes!!! Very impressive ? This guy knows his stuff. 30 years in the business. He's been fixing them since weve been breaking them. Highly recommend”
“Our office purchased a Sony radio in 1985. Over the years it served us well for almost 40 years but, like all of us it started to age. Harder to find stations disappeared, static on some and sometimes just shutting itself off. Looking around nothing stood up to the Sony that seemed well built. We looked into West Suburban...which was slightly scary at first glance. In discussing the problems and the brand with Boris, he reassured us about the reliability of the brand and perhaps simplicity of the repair, gave us an idea of price and timing. Within a week he called explained the work had been simple - switches and cleaning, the cost reasonable. Once back in the office it's working just like 1986. We have another we'll be sending over shortly.”
“Christian is above and beyond! I brought in my tablet that cannot charge. I thought the battery was the problem. He found it is not the battery problem, and also confirmed that there is no other problem as well (perfectly healthy device!), but it needs a better charger to have better connection. And he allowed me to charge the tablet at the store to confirm the battery is really good, and he was correct. this guy is super super nice and honest, it is fortunate for me to meet him today. God bless his career!”
“Last of the dinosaurs . If you are an audiophile this is your spare part go to. To bad the guy is aging out despite that he is an old curmudgeon. Hope someone takes his place.”
“I went to uBreakiFix on Washington St. Dedham with a cell phone that wasn't charging. The man took the protective cover off and cleaned the dust out of the charge plug with a pair of tweezers. It took him about 10 min.Cost? It was on the house. He was a good guy.”
