“We recently got a new bed & pillows from the Dedham store. I was very happy with how helpful, knowledgeable and patient Matt W was. I had alot of questions and when we received our order and had to do an exchange (no fault of theirs) the process was very easy. I am happy to say that after 9 years of beds that were not a good fit for us we have finally found the perfect one! I can’t recommend the Dedham Flagship store enough to anyone looking at Tempur Pedic.”

“Luis made me feel welcomed like a family member who is extremely hospitable. I’ve never experienced such personable attitude anywhere. As soon as I met him I knew he would go far and beyond to solve my issue. I just moved to Boston. Movers lost the legs to our adjustable base. Sure enough he provided the solutions to perfection. When I’m in the market to buy a new mattress I’ll be looking for Luis! Thank you for your phenomenal customer service!!!”

“I bought my mattress there today from Dustin. He is very pleasant and very knowledgeable and helped me.significantly to decide what model would be best for me. I appreciated his expertise and also he was not pushy and I was comfortable making my sleep number purchase through him.”
