This is consistently the worst Sephora in the greater Boston area when it comes to customer experience… I have no idea who does the hiring, but the employees at this store are rude every. single. time. Curbside pick up is horrible - If the employees don’t want to walk outside, why offer the service?

Huge luxury beauty store. A bit overwhelming.You'll find all the things you need and don't need and spend a pretty penny on it.Sometimes service is stellar, sometimes you feel lost and get little help finding what you may be looking for.Often, the recommended shade is not available.
