Some of the management at The Legacy location, are incredibly rude. They scream at their staff on the floor, in front of clients. They gossip about their staff out loud - very unprofessional.

The service at this store is sorely lacking and it was like that here years ago as well. I revisited recently and had some difficulty getting help with what I was looking for. When I went to the register, a woman who appeared to have been a manager started to ring in my items, then became distracted by her headset, chatted for a bit, and finally walked off . I was so surprised.I looked for someone to tell on my way out of the store but all of the associates were clumped up in a group chatting with one another while one lone woman was on the floor actually working with customers. I just left. Other Sephora locations usually have great service.

This is consistently the worst Sephora in the greater Boston area when it comes to customer experience… I have no idea who does the hiring, but the employees at this store are rude every. single. time. Curbside pick up is horrible - If the employees don’t want to walk outside, why offer the service?

Sephora in Kohl’s is a miserable place to work! Not only NO support, but they removed the beauty part of Sephora!!! It’s alll retail! I brought what I could and they slapped me in the face!! It’s not the Sephora values in any way shape or form! Had to part ways. Corporate didn’t care! District didn’t care! And No unification you are on your own! No one will stand behind you!! Do Not!! Work there if you love making people feel beautiful! You are told to worry about memorizing videos about samples and reward sign ups FIRST not the customers! My store was gossip central! Drama drama drama! They hired ppl who don’t like to touch customers faces? That’s what makeup is all about! They won’t fire ppl because they have inner connections?! Wow! They use discount for strangers and give discounts to whoever they feel like? They still work there!! And I get let go for sampling!!! It just seems fishy to me! Like the racist AP officer they have! Not right! They just care about money not the employees! PERIOD good luck if you choose to work in a Sephora at Kohl’s not worth it!

Huge luxury beauty store. A bit overwhelming.You'll find all the things you need and don't need and spend a pretty penny on it.Sometimes service is stellar, sometimes you feel lost and get little help finding what you may be looking for.Often, the recommended shade is not available.

Amazing team here!!! Welcoming, inclusive, fast. Trendy and classic items. #1 store. Great consistent service from Allison, Claudia, Maijai, Brianna, Allie, Jess, Doug, Chris. Very customer focused. Multigenerational. Products for all skin types and hair textures. Nice fragrance selection. Great for online orders too.

Staff are amazing, reason for the low rating is for Sephora itself. The store never has inventory, always low stock and no testers if you did want to order.

Went for my 50th birthday had a 30 min make up. Bridget was so sweet and did a great job on my eyes and I had eye lashes put on. All the staff while I was waiting for my appt asked can I help you. Thank you ? Bridget

I mostly have a good experience coming to this store until Brigitte spoke to me in a very demeaning tone. (The one with two tones hair color) The lady MUST change her job and work for a correctional facility where she will probably do marvelous. The woman is cold, and beyond rude! Treating customers like if they were thieves! ????????????? not sure if I will come back…

I went ready to buy a bunch of stuff but as soon as I walked into the door I felt uncomfortable. Every aisle I went to there was a sales associate watching me and they made it so obvious. This is the second this has happened to me At this location first time i was foolish to buy something. I’ve never had a bad experience at any other sephora but this one. I’ll continue to go to natick and braintree! Even the one on cranston, RI is wonderful. Never again.
