“From start to finish....absolutely wonderful. Extremely efficient, professional, careful, and communicated throughout the entire process. They started at 8am at the 1st house, went to a storage unit, proceeded to the 2nd house, and then brought a full truck to the final house to unload all of the contents. It happened to be raining that day, but they used blankets, plastic, and coverings to maintain protection of everything. We couldn't have asked for a better, more seamless moving experience. Thank you so much!!!”

“The gate opens around 6:30am. I slept in front of the gate but there is a car park next to it (empty at night) just in case. Fast unloading and friendly people. There is also a clean bathroom.”

“Was in and out within 1hr. Warehouse located inside a big parking lot with lots of cars so be mindful, the earlier you arrive the more changes you have to get plenty of place to maneuver. Entrance on pappasway off I-90 exit 135 through the tunnel. Appt was at 7:30am, arrived by 6:30 out by 7:20. Not sure about overnight parking and there is barely any near truck stops.”
“I have been long time Costco member. During the pandemic I moved to the New England area from the West. The staff was really bad compared to the other Costco stores I have been to.Recently, I feel like it has started to get better. There is still room for improvement with cashiers and check out staff. Especially self-check out is very inefficient, not all items are scannable (like pastries) and not enough stuff support to shoppers.Additionally overall Costco problem at self-check out, why there is no hand held barcode scanners available at every station for shoppers use. Costco has their wireless scanners but only one staff can use. Costco is known to sell bulky items and people have to lift those. Sometimes you can ask help from staff members to get it scanned but this is very impractical there are 6 self checkouts and everyone needs it.”
