“We started off with a bumpy reservation from Expedia, that was likely Expedia's fault, but Karen the manager awesomely figured something out with us. Plusses:
1. The house is great - clean, and two upstairs bathrooms and one downstairs.
2. Pool is perfect temperature and you can get sun at all times of day (seats at each angle)
3. Location is great, 20 min walk to Dennis Public Market or Peterson's Market, and many restaurants.
4. Host Karen (and her husband and granddaughter) were warm and very helpful.”

“We have stayed here twice now and plan to return whenever we are in the area. The very best Inn we have ever stayed at with the best people and environment. The care that the owners give to each and every detail does not go unnoticed. They take such great care of you here we cannot give enough stars for the experience.”

“I am an owner and my week this year was fabulous!!! Everything was perfect, the room was super clean as well as the common areas!!! The staff was happy and helpful ….can’t wait to see you guys again !!”

“We were only here for a few days for a family funeral. It was cold at the time so it was nice to be able to get to the lobby and pool area from inside the building which was expansive. The rooms were clean and had everything you needed. Kitchen area was nice, but cooking isn't allowed which is understandable. There are restaurants on site; one was closed for the season. I wouldn't mind coming back for an actual vacation.”

“Great place great location definitely need a car to get around. Also very quite dont hear the traffic. Friendly staff rooms good and decent. Not a Hilton nor a hampton but perfect and decent price. Breakfast was good again its nothing special but it was good the blueberry muffins were yummy.”

“Very comfortable room and bed. Very friendly owners who will help with anything. Best breakfasts of our whole stay in New England. Also fabulous recommendations for things to do. Thanks Mike and Helen.”

“Good place for the money. One of the more affordable options on the Cape. Being as close to the water as you are. Being on the main road (rte 28) makes a little noisy with regular police and ambulance traffic. During my stay, the indoor pool was closed except for the morning we were leaving, for maintenance. outdoor pool was a nice option when not at the beach or to kill time between activities.”

“I stayed here weekly for nearly 3 years, sadly I will have to stay elsewhere due to work schedule changes. The front staff is amazing, both check in and Christine with check out. Clean rooms too, great location and parking.”

“The hotel was nice. The pool area, lobby, and breakfast area were nice. It was clean and beds were comfy. The only issue we had was breakfast. We went to breakfast an hour before close and there was no food left and the tables were gross. Overall a good stay though.”

“This is a good hotel - clean, good staff, great location for the Cape. The only issue was the toilets are really low and small. If you are tall or have a weight issue this will probably be a problem. I am 65 and thankfully in decent shape, and I had trouble with it.”

“Wonderful service.
Sonny and Zee were the nicest and truly went out of their way to make me feel welcome and cared for. I felt safe, comfortable, and very much at home. Thank you for making my stay so great!”

“Can't beat the location. Perfect weekend getaway accommodation. We stayed in the double room, which has a partition that separates the bedroom and living room space. Rooms were clean, and comfortable. Literally across the street from Parker Beach. Recommend this for anyone looking for a weekend cape cod summer getaway.”

“Our first visit to the Blue Rock and we were very pleased. Our room was clean on our arrival with no issues. People have complained about the thin walls but we did not have any issues, other than hearing the folks upstairs walking around. The pool was in great shape and very inviting. The use of the beach area at the sister resorts was an excellent perk. Our only complaint was the breakfast. We didn't expect much going in, but found at times the coffee was empty as well as condiments etc. But this was minor and did not hinder our enjoyment!”

“We love this place. We returned twice this summer. The place is very clean and fresh. The folks who take care of the pace are wonderful, thorough and friendly. Communication with management is easy. They respond quickly and will do anything to help make your stay pleasant and comfortable. The place is steps from the beach. A real find!”

“Wonderful location. It is a treat to have the choice between the pool and the ocean. Both are just steps away. Neighboring Motel has live music, food and a Tiki bar within walking distance.”

“The staff we encountered were very nice. The room was clean and ready. The marsh outback was beautiful. I was pleasently surprised by the breakfast offerings, gave us a great way to fuel up for day ahead! My grandkids had a great time in arcade and pool. It will be a location we would go to again.”

“Needed a room last minute when we arrived a day early for our AirBNB and was accommodated very quickly. Super easy late check in with a lock box, friendly staff, great booking and check out all online through text links. Hotel is very quaint beachside retro vibe, rooms nicely updated. Bed was VERY comfortable, AC works great. Room had nice flat screen TV, small fridge, coffee maker. Heated bathroom light, tub/shower combo. Ample parking.”

“Down to earth and unpretentious, even without the beautiful swimming pool this would still be a great place to stay... A 5-minute walk from the beach (saving you $35 a day beach parking), and about 7 minutes walking in the other direction to the Sundae School.
Owners are as nice as can be and very accommodating. The Doryman is a true gem.”

“Anyone who has stayed at Sea Meadow will be unsurprised by this review, because they’ve already experienced the magic. This is for any new prospects to get a sense of what makes this lovely inn a gem.

It begins with Adriana. She took over the inn a few years back, and along with her family and a few other staff, has carried on the tradition of 5-star hospitality and high bar of excellence set by the Sea Meadow innkeepers of yore.

Adriana was so kind and attentive to our needs. Need a pillow to your exact preferred plushiness? 5 pillow options will appear in your room. Need a more firm bed? While you’re out the mattress topper will be swapped out. Have a trace food allergy? The kitchen will be deep cleaned and the manufacturers of the bath products will be contacted in advance to verify their ingredients. This woman goes above and beyond, and deserves nothing but gratitude.

Did I mention how incredible a cook she is? Every morning you will be offered a choice of a savory or a sweet breakfast, but not just “pancakes or eggs”: cinnamon applesauce stuffed pancakes dusted with powdered sugar, or an asparagus goat cheese frittata with homemade mint pesto and a freshly baked biscuit. This is all accompanied by multiple fresh cut fruits, local berries from the backyard trees, multiple juices, fresh coffee, and a selection of teas, plus every milk choice you could want. Not only is the food top notch, and the kitchen already entirely vegetarian (so hard to find!), but it is also customizable for a variety of additional dietary restrictions. I have food allergies so I can almost never dine out for breakfast, and accordingly have come to dread the meal. But every day at Sea Meadow, I descended the stairs to the kitchen with optimism, knowing there would always be something for me to not just consume safely, but thoroughly enjoy.

Our room (the Lily) was so cozy, with blackout shades, high quality linens, ample storage, plush robes, a ceiling fan, and an electric fireplace. The shower was amazing with a rain showerhead and excellent water pressure, and the bath products Adriana sources are high quality, and ecologically-friendly. She carries on that environmental consciousness in every aspect of the inn.

The grounds surrounding the space are a marvel, including blooming trees, flowering bushes, a deck where breakfast can be served, sun loungers in the yard, and even a badminton court! There is also ample parking. The walk to nearby Paine’s Creek is short though along the highway so stay alert; the creek is gorgeous and extremely clean. We didn’t get a chance to visit any of the shops (antiques, etc.) nearby as they were all closed on Tue/Wed when we were there. Next time!

The only thing to note is that you should definitely aim to retire at the designated quiet hours (circa 10pm) if you want to maximize sleep, as yhe inn was built in the 1700s and still uses the same antique metal latches, so you will definitely hear folks when they awaken and exit their rooms in the a.m. We could hear the latches even through high-quality earplugs, so prepare accordingly!

Adriana encouraged us at every turn to make the inn our home. We did, and will definitely be returning home again soon. :)”

“It’s great for the price! The room was totally clean and very large. The room is a bit dated but I felt totally comfortable staying here. The location is great. I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a budget friendly option in Hyannis.”
