“We started off with a bumpy reservation from Expedia, that was likely Expedia's fault, but Karen the manager awesomely figured something out with us. Plusses:
1. The house is great - clean, and two upstairs bathrooms and one downstairs.
2. Pool is perfect temperature and you can get sun at all times of day (seats at each angle)
3. Location is great, 20 min walk to Dennis Public Market or Peterson's Market, and many restaurants.
4. Host Karen (and her husband and granddaughter) were warm and very helpful.”

“The Inn was beautifully restored, all the modern amenities with all the historical charm made for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was great, mid-cape, which made exploring the whole cape very easy. The breakfast was fabulous. We will definitely make this our go to place on the cape!

Rooms: We splurged for a room with a fire place and jetted tub, which was very nice on a chilly fall day.

Food and drinks: Besides the included breakfast, there were snacks, drinks and wine and cheese too!”

“Absolutely LOVE this beach. It stretches as far as you can see, it is however connected to other beaches that say "private" but honestly there is nothing to separate them so they view isn't blocked at all, and when you look to the left their is the cove where all the boats dock and also a long line of rocks that go out into the ocean that I have walked out onto many times. However if you do that please be careful as they are slippery and move around alot. But the view from the beach is simply beautiful. When I go is always the "off" season early April so the entire beach is covered in the small shells or other things so I'm not sure if it is cleared of these things in the summer months. One year me and my wife saw the coolest, and strangest thing I've ever seen. We went to the beach and it was covered with what had to be hundreds of horseshoe crab shells all on top of each each. They were all dead, or empty not rally sure as I don't know anything about those strange creatures. But it was quite the sight to see!”

“Cute, cozy, charming atmospere that always feels like home when you return. You will always feel like family here. The rooms are clean and decorated beautifully. Martin is an amazing host and will always make sure you have everything you need. Ashley and Dina are the sweetest. This place is a hidden gem that is truly special. Also about a 10-15 min walk from the beach! Beach towels are provided during your stay.”

“Have had the opportunity to stay here a few times during the winter months the past few years. The pool area is wonderful and offered a great respite from the cold winter months. Rooms are under a renovation plan over the next two years. Front desk staff are very helpful and the entire area is very clean. Upstairs is the Loft restaurant that is great. Hope to visit during the summer months with the outdoor bar area and pools.”

“Good place for the money. One of the more affordable options on the Cape. Being as close to the water as you are. Being on the main road (rte 28) makes a little noisy with regular police and ambulance traffic. During my stay, the indoor pool was closed except for the morning we were leaving, for maintenance. outdoor pool was a nice option when not at the beach or to kill time between activities.”

“We have stayed here twice now and plan to return whenever we are in the area. The very best Inn we have ever stayed at with the best people and environment. The care that the owners give to each and every detail does not go unnoticed. They take such great care of you here we cannot give enough stars for the experience.”

“We spent a week on Cape Cod this fall and stayed at The Inn on Cape Cod. It was the perfect place to launch our daily adventures. The breakfasts each day were delicious Abe the atmosphere wonderful. Mike and Helene are wonderful hosts. Check it out, you won’t be disappointed!”

“This is a good hotel - clean, good staff, great location for the Cape. The only issue was the toilets are really low and small. If you are tall or have a weight issue this will probably be a problem. I am 65 and thankfully in decent shape, and I had trouble with it.”

“Can't beat the location. Perfect weekend getaway accommodation. We stayed in the double room, which has a partition that separates the bedroom and living room space. Rooms were clean, and comfortable. Literally across the street from Parker Beach. Recommend this for anyone looking for a weekend cape cod summer getaway.”

“I stayed here weekly for nearly 3 years, sadly I will have to stay elsewhere due to work schedule changes. The front staff is amazing, both check in and Christine with check out. Clean rooms too, great location and parking.”

“Our first visit to the Blue Rock and we were very pleased. Our room was clean on our arrival with no issues. People have complained about the thin walls but we did not have any issues, other than hearing the folks upstairs walking around. The pool was in great shape and very inviting. The use of the beach area at the sister resorts was an excellent perk. Our only complaint was the breakfast. We didn't expect much going in, but found at times the coffee was empty as well as condiments etc. But this was minor and did not hinder our enjoyment!”

“We rented the apartment. It was perfect for a family. It had a fridge and stove to do some cooking. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach and less then 15 mins to Main Street with tons of restaurants and shops. Ginny and Craig were great, they provided recommendations and always a pleasure to speak with. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Old school accommodations in a cozy, communal atmosphere, and on Nantucket Sound. (The warm side)Nearby activities: Lots of restaurants and shops within a 5 to 10 minute drive”

“Down to earth and unpretentious, even without the beautiful swimming pool this would still be a great place to stay... A 5-minute walk from the beach (saving you $35 a day beach parking), and about 7 minutes walking in the other direction to the Sundae School.
Owners are as nice as can be and very accommodating. The Doryman is a true gem.”

“This is not a fancy place but it has everything you need and done right. Two pools - indoor and outdoor. Great setting - the picnic area overlooking the salt marsh is wonderful; you get the nature experience despite being on a road full of motels. Pretty good breakfast - basic motel stuff but done right. With fresh fruit too! There's also a gym - definitely needs an upgrade, but it available and functional. Enjoyed my stay.”

“A handy stop for anyone travelling to the cape. Good price and the rooms were clean and comfy. Reasonably basic but that's what you expect from a Travelodge motel.”

“This is the best affordable lodging in Hyannis, MA. The rooms are so clean and spacious. Our room had brand new furnishings. You can't beat the location AND it has indoor and outdoor pools. I highly recommend that you stay here.”

“I am frequent guest of the DTH in Hyannis. The employees and especially the manager couldn't be more accommodating. The rooms are clean and the lobby has a nice little bar for the evening. I look forward to returning especially since their state of the art gym will be completed within the next few months.”

“Contrary to many harsh reviews, this place is not so bad. I had some concerns before my arrival for a conference. The staff has been more than welcoming. The rooms are not 5 star accommodations but clean and maintained. The shower water pressure is great, better than at home. The conference center accommodations are well equipped and comfortable. The food is reasonably priced and not bad at all. Nice large outdoor pool and pool furniture. The staff and management are really trying to make a positive experience.”
