About Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Cape Cod Hyannis
Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Cape Cod Hyannis is a nice, quiet hotel in a great location. It offers comfortable, clean rooms and a solid breakfast. The pool is warm and well-maintained. Many shops and restaurants are in walking distance. The staff is friendly and accommodating. However, front desk service could be better, and breakfast area supervision is sometimes lacking.
They are experiencing TV issues for six months now! My parents TV never worked, they said they be up to look at it, never did. My TV didn't work either and it took several hours to get it going.

I waited 15-20 minutes to be checked in. I think it was shift change. The staff was not attentive and did not greet me upon arrival. The stay was great, coffe wad hot, breakfast was good.

Clean, comfortable and good location. The rate is reasonable as well. Unfortunately they think charging $10 for parking is acceptable. This is quite counterintuitive as there are many other hotel options in the area.
