“I had an issue with an in-store order that I had placed and was having troublr getting the tracking information. In this day and age I had to go into the store so they could verify my identity over the customer support hot-line. No big deal as I live right up the street from the store. I called and spoke to Brendan, one of the managers there, and he told me to come into the store to assist with the tracking. Upon arriving to the store he was there waiting for me to help with my order as well as helping out the rest of his co-workers and other customers that were in the store. He has impeccable multi-tasking skills.He got ahold of customer support and got my tracking information just like that and it will be arriving this Saturday!I appreciate the way he was kind and extremely helpful in getting me the tracking information as well as helping me find some more outfits for the approaching winter!Brendan is an asset to this company and he deserves a raise!!11/10 stars.”

“Blown away by the help and service from Mary Ann. I have been buying shoes online for a family member with very swollen feet and nothing has worked. Maryann took the time to walk me through the process and gave me a loaner pair to try on since my aunt lives off cape. Even offered to look at pictures after trying on so she can make any recommendations needed so she can have shoes that finally fit her. After service like that, take all my money, I'll only buy my shoes there now. In fact I picked up a pair of Birkenstocks I have been eyeing. Thank you so much. They carry just about everything in this store. They know their stuff that is for sure.”
