“I always have a great experience with town fair tire Raynham, MA. This time I had a pleasure of working with Ryan. Costumer service was amazing! He assisted me with purchasing new tires for a flat that couldn’t get fixed because of the position the nail went through the tire. I also got a tire rotation. I was told it would’ve took about a hour to a hour and a half and I was actually out of there within 40 minutes. I would recommend this location to anyone. Thank you!”
“Got flat returning to NYS from vacation in Cape Cod. Called and was told they could take care of us and once towed, they were understanding of our predicament and took us right in. We were in and out within 45 min. Knowing we were out of state and at their mercy, easily could've been overcharged but extremely fair priced and way under what we had anticipated. Highly recommend if you live in area and need service or God forbid are traveling and need help!”

“Had the best experience here, Jessica the manager, running the service desk was expectional. She kept me in the loop about all the repairs my car needed. I did want to winterize the car so I knew it wouldn't be cheap. She even used my triple A card and got me a nice discount. My car is running amazing. When I picked up my car, they told me nothing at all was wrong with the car. They just gave new tires and were very very honest. They could’ve taken me for a lot of money fixing things that weren’t necessary, but they did not. I will go to Rowlands anytime because of their honesty and great service.”
“I cannot recommend this Pep Boys highly enough. After having my car towed in, I walked through the door already resigned to dropping serious money on a new set of tires… that’s what I thought I needed, and that’s what I told them. Most shops would have happily taken my word for it and my money along with it. Instead, this team ran a full diagnostic and gave it to me straight. My tires were fine, and I should hold off on replacing them. They fixed what actually needed fixing, and I walked out paying a fraction of what I’d braced myself for.
That kind of honesty is genuinely rare. They didn’t upsell me, didn’t pad the bill, didn’t take advantage of a customer who clearly didn’t know any better. They diagnosed the real problem, did the work that was actually needed, and treated me with complete transparency from start to finish.

“Had a great experience a couple weeks ago with Anne! She was definitely understaffed, (as in it was just her working). She had a cancellation so she moved my appointment which was very convenient for me, but the great part is that she fixed a tricky not easy to fix patch plug problem.
