They have always done a good job at a reasonable cost but it appears that they have the same issues as any other business these days and that is finding good help. No AC staff and one person at the counter with 6 other customer behind me.

My cabin air filter was past filthy. I called Pep Boys because my dealership was charging way too much. Nadeem told me to come right in. Thr staff replaced it within a few minutes for a decent price. Definitely recommended. Plus a comfortable and clean waiting area
