Had to drive here to check on my mail hold because their phone doesn’t let you through. The menu AI hears itself and says “I’m sorry, I didn’t get that” and never completes reading the menu. Please fix your phones.

My package was sent here and apparently it’s been either sitting there or someone stole it from there either way been waiting for package to be sent to me from this place it’s been month and still waiting

Very rude lady with the glasses!!!!! Just complained that she had 3 customers with me including! Because “we all came at once” a older man was dropping his stuff and replied to her “well the mail has to go out” she huffed and puffed and said “I guess so” made me feel super uncomfortable so I left
