And Vanessa was very friendly too and and Peter, they all made me feel like family. I was having a bad day, and I left Staples with a smile on my face.”

“We had to get a shipment out today and were told by the UPS Store in Central Square that their driver had already picked up/left to try this location. We got here at 6:50ish and the door was locked. We went around to the front where the loading dock was and handed the prepaid packages to a driver, who took them. I take one star off for having hours listed incorrectly on the door, but still a very good review for taking our packages. This made our day!”
“Jaylen was phenomenal! His customer service is untouchable!!! I came from the other FedEx location (just a few minutes from this location) and was so upset by the nasty customer service I experienced. I walked out and decided to try another location and I'm so glad I did. I was ready to boycott FedEx entirely and move the company's shipping services to UPS but Jaylen was so kind. If you're reading this do NOT go to 310 Paramount Dr. Go to the FedEx in the Walmart on 36 Paramount Dr. Jaylen and Chris were great!”

He was very professional, friendly, and gave me advice that helped make the process smoother and more efficient on both our ends, all while being quite timely. “EDIT: Changing my previous rating because I filed a complaint and they immediately took care of it. Systems were down so they couldn’t scan my package all is well. Thank you so much for your quick response even calling during off hours. STORY: Dropped off a package at 8am with a blood sample that already had a tracking number on it. They never scanned it and put it in the back. Tried called customer service no help. Crossing my fingers it isn’t lost.”

“Before coming here i read reviews and was not happy. But i got late for my appointment at 1am Sunday due to heavy rain n thunderstorms. Arrived at 11:30 am Sunday. Got unloaded in 1 hour or so with bol on hand. They allow me to stay until i gain driving hour. Went to rest area nb 14 miles. I would give 5 stars if there were normal bathrooms instead of portable toilets. I don’t mind to come again.”
