“Whoever was answering the front desk phones today (3/4) in the Swansea MA post office is an amazing human being! I accidentally put in the wrong address to ship two items and didn’t realize it until they were almost being delivered!I called and not only was he extremely polite but he took down my information and helped me with the problem! One of the packages already arrived no problem! Thank you so much!USPS has been under so much pressure and I’m sure they deal with rude phone calls and problems all day... but despite that this person still helped me solve a problem very important to me in such a kind manor and I am so thankful!Be kind and respectful to all USPS workers!”

“We had to get a shipment out today and were told by the UPS Store in Central Square that their driver had already picked up/left to try this location. We got here at 6:50ish and the door was locked. We went around to the front where the loading dock was and handed the prepaid packages to a driver, who took them. I take one star off for having hours listed incorrectly on the door, but still a very good review for taking our packages. This made our day!”

Card only.Would’ve been a two star due to previous bad experiences before this one but the person working the desk this morning could not have been more kind and patient even with my frustration over the cash payment. “So the gate guard girl with the nose ring was very polite. They do have overnight parking if you arrive early but you can't stay after your delivery which is standard practice. They do take a while to unload but overall I'm good with the experience. Better than a lot of other places especially in MA”

“You cannot just give a return parcel/package to the mail carrier for returns anymore. You have to go online to USPS and reserve a day for pickup. Pretty easy to do and usually its next day pickup. They also email you to tell you that your package was picked up. There's several pickup options like requesting the mail carrier knock on your door.”

“Very friendly, helpful, and respectful. When one of my packages was shipped from UPS to USPS SurePost somehow there ended up with an attempted delivery to the wrong address in Attleboro. So seeing it was going to be attempted to be delivered on the next business day, I called the 1800 number waited on hold for at least 45 minutes, but they managed to get it sent from Attleboro to here in Taunton the same day. Later in the day when following up since I hadn't noticed any update in the app, I called the 1800 # again and it was very hard to get to a live person to speak with regarding this since it didn't fall into any of their pre-recorded options I finally tried whatever the fraud option was and got a live person who filed a claim for the package for me and also confirmed it was indeed in Taunton and gave me the phone number to contact them. I was shocked to get a live person to answer at 4:30 pm on a Monday who not only located my package but also pulled it for me to run down and pick it up. When I arrived I couldn't find the customer service door with a buzzer. I was called again and while speaking with the woman she said she saw me standing outside and would meet me, but my mother had to show her ID for the package, so there was a polite young man unloading his mail truck who was kind enough to help walk her to where she met the extremely helpful woman who passed the package to the young man who carried it for my mother even.”
