626 High St, Dedham“Lovely spot I really wanted to check out on our travels. It is a sustainable shoppers dream with lots of Japanese stationary, candles, bath goods, home goods, etc. A look on their website gives you a good idea as to what they sell. It’s such a charming shop! There was some street parking but none was open. We pulled behind the shop to park on a back street and had a lovely walk past the beautiful houses. I would highly highly recommend a visit especially if looking for a gift for yourself or someone else. With our purchase they also gave us some complimentary hand spray. Really thoughtful.”
“This is my favorite thrift spot in the area! The clothes are high quality, and the prices are always reasonable (higher quality goods are pricier, but I always find a great deal). The perfect place to get clothes for work or play.”
“I found Closet Connection's website while on the hunt for a specific Coach coat, and they had it! I was able to message them through Facebook and they responded so quickly and I scored the coat of my dreams!! It came in perfect like new condition and even had the extra buttons. Thank you so much CC, you are truly a hidden gem.”

318 Lincoln St, Allston“I don’t think I’ve ever worn a piece of clothing I’ve bought from Vivant that wasn’t met with an insane amount of compliments. They have some of the most unique and beautiful vintage pieces that are truly one of one. All the staff is knowledgable and friendly, and they have a great selection of jewelry as well as clothes. At this point, half of my jewelry collection consists of their sterling silver goodies, which I always get at a reasonable price. The store itself is like a museum, it is truly just fun to walk around and admire the clothes, flick through their record collection, and browse through the vintage ephemera. And if you need a pair of vintage pants that fit you perfectly, trust me they have them. Plus they are always doing events to engage with the community, bonus points for that. ❤️”
“A favorite neighborhood shop where I always find the best gifts and tend to leave with something for myself as well. If you're looking for the treasures you find when shopping small and local, this is the place. And during the holidays, they have the best ornaments.”
“Everything was Great, from the online ordering to the delivery! This order was for my Mother's 90th Birthday. She said it was the most Beautiful boutique of flowers she had ever received.”
“Buzzy's is the right place to go for treasures; not only clothing wise related (vintage and contemporary), but objects, art, kitchen utensils!!! It is by far, the best place to search for gift to yourself and others. And then, you go there and meet Buzzy, an iconic, charming lady with so much knowledge and humor, and the very warm, elegant, Dotti. Even if you decide not to bring something home (your bad), exchanging with Buzzy and Dotti you already have got an increasing supply of dopamine and happiness!!!”

387 Highland Ave, Somerville“My experience at Swank Seconds was totally fun. The owner brought me all of the clothes that I told her I needed and we had a great personal shopping experience. She is very knowledgeable about the clothes (shoes, hats accessories as well), their material and the brands as well as helping me decide what looked best. She held the store open after hours for me and as I have lost 20 pounds (and needed smaller size clothing) I found a great summer wardrobe. I'll be back in the fall!”

49 River St, Cambridge“This store is a MUST if you're in the Central Square area. They have a great selection of leather jackets, suit sets from the 60s/70s, accessories, etc. I went at around 12pm on a Wednesday and I was the only person in the store. The woman working there (so sorry I forgot her name) was knowledgeable and extremely friendly and I had a lovely time chatting with her. The prices were decent, with some affordable items and some more pricy pieces but nothing ridiculous like you'd see at other consignment shops in Boston. I'll definitely be back”
“Wiley, Jessamy, and the whole team at High Energy Vintage are truly the cat's meow. We've used Jessamy's mending services with great success, and picked up some amazing old NES games while in the shop. We've also seen firsthand how discriminating they are with what pieces they'll allow in the store - this is far from a simple second hand store, it's a carefully created shop with much to offer discerning shoppers.”
“Super cool little shop. Owner was incredibly warm and helpful in helping me select a rad vintage jacket. I love it. Check her out if you’re in the neighborhood. Parking was super convenient as well.”
“My favorite consignment store! Beth and her team are great. The clothes, shoes, bags, etc. . . The selection and styles. Their is always something I have to own.”

1307 Cambridge St, Cambridge“I came by a few months ago. I never even attempt to shop vintage since I’m on the cusp of regular and plus size (need the width through hips but not the waist). The owner encouraged me to try some jeans on. Came away with some lovely vintage Levi’s in that classic indigo color.”
“This is one of my favorite furniture stores. The owner, Chloe does an amazing job keeping the store filled with unique items all of the time. Things change in the store from week to week and Chloe and her staff spend a lot of attention to details and decorating which makes this store a pleasure to visit.”
“What a great place to shop! Friendly staff, cool space, great selection. Check out their stock, refreshed often, plan on spending some time there. 2 floors of great stuff!”
“I consider this shop " My Happy Place", been shopping there for 9 years. Trish, the owner, has outfitted myself & family members many times for weddings. The prices are good & clothes in fabulous condition. The shop is very quaint & quite beautiful. I just love going there& totally relaxing. It really is therapy for me. Trish is the the quintessential salesperson & friend. Maureen Healy Walsh”

306 Newbury St, Boston“Every time we come to Boston, we make sure to stop by the absolute best store in town, Rick Walkers on Newberry Street. The moment you open the door, your senses are awakened by the rich smell of leather. And, that is just a tease. When you talk to Rick, you feel right as rain. He welcomes you and gives you the good ol' feeling like you've known him for decades. It sure is a good time!”

391 W Broadway, Boston“Covet is such a Southie staple! Trendy clothes with a sustainable mission. Highly recommend making this your first stop when you're in need of something new for work, an event, etc., because they have it all!”
“This is the best curated consignment store in Boston by far. Every time I go here I find unique designer pieces, and they are always in excellent condition, which is not always the case at some other consignment stores. Pricing is great. A must visit if you are on Newbury St!!!”
“Went to malden shop, very helpful staff, lots of interesting stuff as seen on Chronicle. Tried a lovely fur coat, fit like it was made for me. HAD TO GET IT! It's ok real fur, animal was taken long time ago. Don't buy newer fur, we know better now.”

201 Monsignor O'Brien Highway, Cambridge“Best place to get anything from antiques to junktique in boston. You never know what you'll find there, but you'll always find something you were not looking for.”
“My shopping trip - I wanted to purchase a dress with a blue color tag. This was a dress that would be fine for church or work. It was made of Jones of NY. The cashier with the fingers nails painted black - stated that the dress was 15 dollars!!! It was considered a fancy dress - Fancy? I have ten other dress in my closet I purchaed at goodwill that have had the same blue color tag. The clerk ask if I still wanted the dress. I said not at that price!!. Something was not right with this transaction!!! I was being ripped off. What really irks me is that people donate items to goodwill and it costs them nothing.Clean storeEmployees 50 50 some are great - others notColthes not jammed pack on racksMissesNeed more mirrorsNo parking - bus stop in front storeShoe prices are to high”

100 Charles St, Boston“Do not listen to any of the negative reviews about this store! The two owners of this shop are absolutely delightful people. They are always willing to help you pick out the perfect piece to suit your needs and body type. Prices are always negotiable and fair. Everytime my wife and I travel to Boston this is one of our first stops!! Do yourself a favor and visit this wonderful store in beautiful Beacon Hill”
“Really cool vendor booths with new age items, clothing, art and more. Very cool place with very friendly staff and I'm happy to support local businesses here.”
11AM - 8PM
200 Broadway, Cambridge“i remember the first time i came here i was a preteen in the late 90’s-early 2000’s and it has not changed much! average ish prices for vintage clothes upstairs (meaning not insanely cheap but also not completely over priced and pretentious) boston costume (to right on first floor) which is actually a unique costume shop (not like spirit or party city at all) and $1/pound on the first floor in the back which you can’t beat if you are on a budget like me. great place to go if you need *new to you* clothes or just love the search for the next perfect garment! i’ve found some amazing things over the years ”
9:30AM - 6:30PM
59 Leonard St, Belmont“I've consigned and shopped many times at Revolve over the years and have been very happy with results. Not everything has sold, of course, but most have and the items that sold were priced fairly for both customers and sellers. I've shopped at both Belmont and Winchester and love them both. (Browsed Newbury st and online) The buyers work quickly and efficiently and are very selective on brand and condition. They truly are curating items for their stores. As a customer, I really appreciate that. Their website lists brands they love so I tend to focus what I bring to them on those brands. I absolutely love how convenient it is to drop off items and pick up no thank you items. It's such a wonderful shop to have in our community!”
9AM - 3PM
402 Massachusetts Ave, Cambridge“The salvation army in Central square in Cambridge on Massachusetts avenue health helped a lot of people throughout the long years that they have been there in that location. I have never stayed there overnight but I have occasionally had need of a shower which they were able to accommodate and a meal from time and time and a couple times during my laundry when I didn't have any money to do them,, don't let your pride get in the way of getting some help from a place like salvation army!! You need to call at 6:00 a.m. the same day to reserve a bed if they have any if you need a place to sleep for the night. If you're going to be staying there I recommend trying to get a bed as close as possible to staff as possible, do not have any loose belongings on you when you go there as they might get stolen, if we have something of value keep it under your shirt or coat or sweater and tie it to you securely before you go to sleep..”
“Very nice to me because I go in enough that they know me and buy a lot when in... But they don't make a friendly first impression when you're a new customer. They do have some good stuff though!!”
“Absolute favorite funky vintage store. So many treasures and so much charm. We've gotten beautiful items for our home here and some wonderful gifts, including new (not vintage) cashmere scarves last Christmas that were a big hit. Beautiful place run by lovely owner.”
