35 Pond St, DouglasMy dog did not receive any sort of training here but I am leaving this 5 star review based on a phone call with Bill that made me feel a bit relieved. I have a 1yr old dog who has been experiencing fear and anxiety for a bit now. I have taken multiple steps with her and and I’m doing everything I can to make her feel safe, confident and happy but some days are better than others so I figured I would reach out to k-9 university. Instead of taking my money and saying he would address the issue. He told me that I’m doing everything I can as of now and that felt incredibly reassuring being that there are times I feel helpless. I want my girl to be happy and she certainly has her moments of joy. But I was seeking a bit more and instead of taking my money or even making me feel badly about how she is (as other trainers have), he gave a pat on the back and suggested I just keep trying. That being said- My first impression is that he is an honest man. Thanks, Bill.
