“Contrary to what some other folks are claiming, this Bank of America location not only has ATMs, but also representatives. During off hours, the staffed area is closed behind a security gate, and only the ATMs will be accessible to members. As with all BoA locations, you can get access to the otherwise locked ATMs when normal hours are over by using your debit card or phone to swipe or tap on the reader by the door.”

“The workers there are amazing they really care and really work with your needs and anyway to make things easy. I have had many types of banks living in different cities and towns and not one bank did I like or get along untill this one came along. It's the first bank that really does care and protect you against any possible issue and keeps u up to date and really does work with yah they are so incredable. I walk in always feeling welcomed and feeling that they really are happy to see me plus no other bank ever ask my updated on how my life is and how I'm doing and if there's anything they can do to help make things easier or less complicated to just ask and they'll help. “A well run community bank. I have been a customer for many years and have a few CD accounts and savings accounts for my children. Walpole Coop always pay competitive rates on CDs and the staff is very help with CD renewals and any other questions. They take care of their account holders. Walpole Coop is also a member of DIF and FDIC account insurance, which is 2 levels of account insurance many banks don't have.”

“It's a nice little local bank that isn't big-bank evil, nice people work there, I've had checking/savings with them for a decade and just learned they're one of only a few places with a fixed-rate home equity lending product. So far, so good. The App is fine, they send me a new card on the rare occasion a merchant has a data breach, and customer service has been above average at multiple branches.”

“Due to my bank here in Natick closing their safe deposit boxes I did a little research and listened to friends and received all positive input about Middlesex savings bank, in downtown Natick. Simply a pleasure! From the Branch manager, John King - to and including the young man, "Alex"ander MacLellan who did all the paperwork, legwork and all around "old school" customer service, .. it was the most pleasant and professional experience I've had in a long time. From my initial goal of obtaining a new safe deposit box, Alex explained over and above, without "salesmanship" pushing, all that Middlesex offered, ways I could benefit my specific situation and treated me like family "old school customer service?! To me, possibly the most important ingredient of any business. All of my banking business will be shifted to Middlesex and proudly would recommend them for anyone considering any banking. Quality people who are very well trained, have been with the company for considerable time which said a lot to me. My highest praise; "Compassionate Professionals".”

“I prefer local banks to the national brand as the service is less sterile. Enter in Cambridge Trust. I know the branch manager from a previous bank, and was super excited when I found out he landed here (literally walking by to go to the Dunks that is beside it) We talked and were able to have an apples to apples discussion about what CT had to offer, and how they operated. Matt S. is just wonderful, all the information he furnished was spot on. Every promise they made was kept. Every time I walk in to this bank they treat me like the Governor. You learn everyone's name and they remember yours. There is a familiarity that is comforting. They are also whole show. Personal/business/investing. If you want to find comfort and support, this is the bank...this is the branch for you. There is literally nothing they could do better in my opinion (they even carry $2 bills for me without giving me side eye). Talk to them.”

“I sent them a big check from my Bank of America account to pay down my Home Equity loan. It took two weeks to get there. By the time it got there, I had been told by my accountant that I needed to pay a large sum to the IRS. They called --personally--when the check arrived and said: "This check is so big and so old we wanted to make sure you still want to deposit it." I said, "No, I gotta send it to the IRS. So you can tear it up." She said: "OK. I"m putting it in the shredder right now." How totally cool is that? What amazing personal service! B of A would never have done such a thing, not even close.”

“It is an AMAZING bank. I opened account there recently, and the quality and level of customer service there is the best I've ever seen in my 20+ years in the area. They do not charge fees for their checking and savings account, they do not play games with minimum required balance, they reimburse other banks ATM fees. Super professional and accommodating. Jose and Gail were able to answer all my questions and were simply great. I highly recommend this bank.”
