“I have used this Credit Union since the 1980's with no complaints. They don't have ATM'S but I can access my money through any Co-op bank. I get a phone call if my purchase trend changes (my husband took one call when I was out Christmas shopping and they laughed when he tried to find out what I'd bought!) Their home & mortgage rates were better than that of big banks, and so are their CD rates now. Great people work there!”

At the time I was under a lot of pressure to get many tasks done as Trustee of my father's estate and Michael had compassion for what I was going through and went way out of his way to help me. Beyond that he had empathy for the loss of my father. This was customer service on a level I have never experienced before. Not only did he solve the checking account problem but he also took a genuine interest in my father's life story and gave me some guidance on how to finish my tasks as Trustee.
