“This is my favorite Post Office I've been to in the whole country. I've never had to wait more than a couple of minutes in line, I'm often the only customer, the staff are always friendly, and there's plenty of parking nearby. That's everything I need.”

“I have always experienced exceptional service at this post office! The clerks are friendly, knowledgeable and very nice. Karla is outstanding. And there was a gentleman who saw me crossing the parking lot after 5:00 --he was outside on a quick break--and let me know they had just closed. (I had lost track of time). I turned to leave, and then he offered to take my packages anyhow as they were pre-paid. !!! So helpful and nice!”

“I think the "mean lady" is gone because I've been to this location several times in the last few months, and they are wonderful! When the line gets long, they apologize for the wait and are very nice and helpful. I find this location a lot better than the E Walpole and Randolph locations where I used to go. The two current employees I always see are quick, knowledgeable, and kind.”

I don’t mail things often, so I fumbled through the questions on the screen and made a few mistakes, Juan was very patient with me and kind in explaining the process.I even went back in line because I was so nervous I messed up something up and wanted to see the box again, and he let me assess my box and didn’t seem to mind even though it was the end of the day and near closing time. “My mom sent a package for my son’s first birthday. The tracking showed it was delivered yesterday, but we never received it. I called the USPS Norwood branch today, and Justin answered the phone. He was extremely courteous and helpful, promising to look for the package and follow up with me. Within 15 minutes of my call, a USPS employee came to our mailbox and found the package! I was so impressed by their quick response. Thank you so much for your help — we have a very happy birthday boy now!”

“The reviews are probably based more on bad experiences on the delivery end. This office is straightforward and gets the job done. I wish USPS would invest and probably spruce up the place, similar to newer facilities I see in other areas of the country. This would probably make the space more inviting for staff and customers.Overall, I use USPS more than the other services. Prices in most cases are better and get to well traveled locations relatively quickly.”

“Kind of strange to be writing a review for the post office, but after reading the bad reviews for the Dedham post office, I went ahead and made my way to the Westwood post office.
I thought the woman behind the counter was extremely patient as I tried to figure out the best way to send my three different tax-related documents -– some that needed certified with return receipt, others that did not. Apparently the type of envelope that you buy can determine the way it’s mailed, and some envelopes end up costing more than others because of that.
In the end, I was able to get everything mailed, get the return receipts I needed, and she never made me feel rushed or stupid. It was also five minutes before closing time, so I give her a lot of kudos for that too.”
