Package was missing for less that 24 hours. Also they gave my daughter activity sheets to keep her entertained while we waited. All my other experiences here have been great as well.”

“When my 6-year-old wrote a letter to Santa and dropped it in the mailbox on December 23rd, we planned on simply making sure she got a reply Xmas morning. “We feel very fortunate to live in a town with this outstanding USPS team. They (Ed is the only one we know by name) always handle our mails and packages with care. On rainy days, they would always secure packages that don't fit in our mailbox in a plastic bag. Recently when a piece of oversized package didn't fit in the bag, Ed carried it all the way down the driveway to our house. Thank you, the Dover USPS team!”
“Arguably the best full service PO in Metro West. Can be a tad busy around noon and near close but Kelly and Wendy will take care of you. Lots of packing materials and friendly smiles that give you all the mailing options. Off peak times you are in and out with usually no wait.”

“This is my favorite Post Office I've been to in the whole country. I've never had to wait more than a couple of minutes in line, I'm often the only customer, the staff are always friendly, and there's plenty of parking nearby. That's everything I need.”
“USPS Canton branch is conveniently located and easy to access (just don't perform a u-turn to park). The staff is always professional, friendly and happy to answer any questions one may have. Not all local USPS locations are equal, which is why I'll often drive further to this one even though it may not be the closest.”

“The reviews are probably based more on bad experiences on the delivery end. This office is straightforward and gets the job done. I wish USPS would invest and probably spruce up the place, similar to newer facilities I see in other areas of the country. This would probably make the space more inviting for staff and customers.Overall, I use USPS more than the other services. Prices in most cases are better and get to well traveled locations relatively quickly.”

In response to a previous review: the office closes for lunch because there's typically only one person on staff making that lunch break a necessity.”

“I had the most wonderful experience at this Natick location. There was 2 very helpful women working the counter as I came in for my passport appointment. I had tried to go to the Framingham office and was treated horribly, this was the exact opposite and I’m truly grateful for the incredible service by both these woman. “The service has always been fine. No issues. Wait times are good compared to other locations. Maybe the poor reviews were just someone’s bad day. We all have ‘em. Also I have had to buy tape to seal my packages at other USPS locations. Lesson learned. Be prepared, folks!”
“I don't know exactly what "weird vibes" mean in the context of a post office. Long lines? Are you not used to that by now? 99% of my experiences have not been negative at all. In fact, I find the postal workers friendly and willing to go above and beyond.”

“I think the "mean lady" is gone because I've been to this location several times in the last few months, and they are wonderful! When the line gets long, they apologize for the wait and are very nice and helpful. I find this location a lot better than the E Walpole and Randolph locations where I used to go. The two current employees I always see are quick, knowledgeable, and kind.”
