“Have needed to borrow a tool kit, and the jumper battery numerous times from this location, they always allow me to do so without issues. One time I had to take the jumper battery all the way to downtown Lowell and they still let me do so with a collateral. Another time, I came in for the brake rotors/pads deal (Buy 2 rotors get pads free) not realizing it was an online-only deal, and instead of belittling me the guy told me to just place an online order and he processed it for me as soon as it was received. Thanks for the great customer service!”

Mike was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable assisting me in purchasing a new battery (after testing and confirming the one I had was dead) and wipers and also carried the new battery out to the vehicle for me. “These guys are great! I came in needing to solve an issue with a golf cart that had gone completely dead, and Lou took care of me. Understanding that I had some urgency, he creatively came up with a solution that solved my problem quickly and easily, while also helping me understand a little more how my batteries work. They have earned my loyalty and I will certainly be heading back to them for all my future battery needs. Thanks guys!”

“Excellent experience at this parts store. The staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all my questions, helped me find the correct parts for my vehicle, and gave honest recommendations instead of trying to upsell unnecessary items. It’s hard to find places with this level of customer service and expertise nowadays. Highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality parts and people who actually know what they’re talking about.”

“The two Associates working Sunday june 28th were amazingly helpful and professional. I came in the store and was helped by a female Associate she troubleshoot the issue which allowed me to start on the fix. The other Associate Aroz ( might be wrong on the name) also lened his knowledge and some of his personal tools which I needed to get my vehicle in working order. I was very pleased and now I can finally get home since I still got to get back to my state which is possible because of O'Reilly at this location. Thank you for having wonderful and caring people representing this store.”
