“If I could give 6+ stars for just customer service, I would. John helped us out, the team spent two hours with us demoing various setups. We spent zero money but felt like we just spent thousands. Demoing what we wanted and what we didn’t even know we wanted. They asked room dimensions, what we have now in terms of a receiver and speakers. Matched a room close to ours and let us play. They have such a wide variety of speakers from entry level three figure to high end five figure speakers.
I remember walking into Best Buy a few weeks prior wondering how AV Therapy does against these big box stores ( I used to work for Best Buy 14yrs ago) and now I get it. What an experience. You got a customer for life! Will be testing out that Paradigm 600c tonight, thank you so much again everyone!”
“I originally tried to shop at the North Billerica store, but they were not open at 10:15am, despite the posted hours of 10-6.
This was actually a blessing in disguise, as I went to the Pinehurst location instead, and it was a great experience!
I was assisted by a very knowledgeable, very helpful young man named Luiz. He was personable, exhibited excellent customer service skills, and worked with me to make sure I got what I was looking for, and that I was satisfied with my purchase.
I will not be returning to the North Billerica location ever again. My home store is now the Pinehurst store, where I know I will be treated with respect, have all my questions answered, and feel like I am welcome. I've already started telling my friends and family members what a fantastic experience this was. Luiz is definitely an asset to your team! They are always happy to answer any questions about products I might have or offer advice on what products would best suit my needs. Most recently Doug went above and beyond to help me try and figure out a problem I was having with a digirig I purchased there. If you need anything Ham Radio, Scanner, or CB related I highly recommend you check them out first before going online or anywhere else. I feel so lucky to have a Ham Radio Outlet within a hour drive away.”

Joe and his team went above and beyond to provide me with exceptional service, helped me to push my rebates, and discounts through and cut my bill $75 bucks a month with the same service and features.
I drove from Boston to save on taxes, but I will continue to return to this store because of the level of service Tuscan Village provided, as well as the experience store itself.

And this cashier ended up being the most amazing employee!! So never judge someone based on appearance!! I believe his name was Chino. Very nice ?”
