“Really appreciate Ram’s help here. I recently switched carriers and got hit with a confusing final bill. Since my account was closed, I was locked out of the app and couldn’t call customer service without a pin. I walked into the store frustrated, but Ram was very helpful. Even though I’m no longer a customer, he looked over the bill, called support on his internal line, and got the whole thing cleared up. It’s rare to get this kind of help after you cancel. “Overall, my experience with Walmart has been okay. They have a good variety of products and reasonable prices, but the service and overall shopping experience can sometimes be inconsistent. There is definitely room for improvement, especially with customer service and checkout wait times. Not a bad experience overall, but it could be better.”

“The employees at 7-Eleven have all been extremely nice and helpful. Whoever hired everyone, knows exactly which friendly people to hire in order to make you happy to return to the store. The was one employee there, who was knowledgeable enough about the Slurpee machine needing a half hour to use again when the red light turned on, so the machine could freeze whatever flavor enough!

The store is very clean. So far, I have not encountered expired items, which is different from a lot of other convenience stores. The 7-Eleven branded items are pretty decent. The grilled hot dog and pepperoni pizza slice I tried on separate occasions were satisfying. And you can even earn and use points to take money off a purchase.

Overall, it's great having the store nearby!”
