“I am surprised to see all of the negative comments and reviews. I have been going to this UPS store for years and the gentleman there is always very nice. Just busy. I even went there one time needing a notary public to sign an application paper to obtain a proper license for a job with the Massachusetts CCC and he did it for free. I am in that store once a week and have never had a problem. Sometimes people just have bad days. Maybe these people encountered him on a bad day IDK. I will actually be going there on Monday with a very large box and expect nothing but professionalism from him. I wish to extend my deepest appreciation to the man that runs the UPS store in the variety store is one solid guy. Don’t listen to all these haters. They must have a personal vendetta against this man.”

“I originally left a negative review after several frustrating experiences with the print department at this location. After speaking with the new General Manager, Nic, I wanted to update my review and give credit where credit is due.
I have been a Staples customer for many years and have historically had very positive experiences with the print team. In May 2022, the team introduced me to the digital print service by encouraging me to email my projects to the store. Over the years, employees have helped me improve projects, suggested alternatives when I was pressed for time, and even introduced me to Canva. I have always appreciated that level of service.
My recent experiences were very different. I recognize that I sometimes have last-minute printing needs, and I don’t expect the store to accommodate every request immediately. My frustration was with repeated situations where I felt there was little effort to find an alternative or explain what options were available.
After my most recent experience, I ultimately cancelled my order and went to FedEx when they opened at noon on Sunday. Shawna was working by herself with approximately six customers and still went out of her way to help me find a more economical solution. She even cut my project in half for me. That experience really demonstrated how much of a difference a solution-oriented approach can make.
However, I want to give Staples management credit for how they handled my feedback. Nic personally called me, listened to my concerns, apologized for my experiences, asked me to provide the details so he could look further into the situation, and invited me to give Staples another opportunity.
That response made a difference. I appreciate a manager who is willing to listen rather than dismiss a customer’s concerns.
I’m updating this review because I believe businesses should be held accountable when things go wrong, but they should also receive recognition when management makes a genuine effort to address the issue.”
“I was in last week and Mike S. was super helpful and knowledgeable about a 1996 Colibri Mickey Mouse themed pen and mech. pencil set, that I received as a gift way back when. I needed refills and Mike brought me to the right aisle and he advised me based on taking a close look at both items from the set. Thank you Mike for such GREAT service!!”

“The people here get 5 stars, BUT the passport service you pay for online gets ZERO STARS. I paid over $200 for an expedited passport servicr and it did LITERALLY NOTHING. You still have to pay for the expedited passport at the post office, hell, it doesn't even include the cost of the pictures. You are paying $200 and all you get is a typed version of the form you can get for free. Absolutely a scam.”
