“So far so good. Looked at a small storage locker at one of the big extra storage places and the price was ridiculous. Like $200 min for anything. Came here and it was way cheaper for a small locker. Ended up not getting it but came back a couple months later and Nicholas showed us again and the process was super easy. Highly recommend the place if your looking for a decent storage space for that’s in a safe area. Only downside is you have to pay like $11 extra for insurance but you can prepay and get a small space for around $65-$90 if you just get a 5x10 like we did. But customer service was great and was never upsold hard or anything.”

I had a pretty large grading and paving project that required considerable time to ensure proper drainage. The team constantly checked and rechecked measurements to ensure water moved where we wanted it to and answered any questions or concerns I had. They got it right. Also, Josh and the team took the time to understand my situation and propose the best options to ensure long term stability for the driveway given I will be driving 40k lbs on top of it. “You have to read this , short story- we have had the breakdown of All breakdowns not just my personal work van but my wife's car ,in the shops for a total of about 3 1/2 months between the 2 . We needed a vehicle for my wife for her business etc ,and the big name rental car agencies wanted up to an unbelievable $180 per day, we ended up needing a car for several weeks, noo wayy, we found Caesar at bargain rent a car and he said he had 2 vehicles available of his entire fleet of 200 vehicles and would have it cleaned and ready for us when we arrived he does what he says and has nice people working very hard for him , great vehicles all at $59 a day 250 miles included, from small cars, suvs ,4 dr trucks, to really nice lg transport vans , several locations, this guy gets a big shout out great job !! and thanks for being so fair when all the big guys are gouging .Ty Ceasar at Bargain Rent A Car !!!”
“Overall, things went smoothly with the rental. The main issue is that the full number of pads I had ordered were not available and the some of the ones they had were damp and mildewy. I was discounted on the cost of pads, which was nice, but besides the unpleasant smell they did leave some wet marks on furniture. As it was second hand furniture it wasn't too big of an issue - but it could be for someone else.”
“Rita was wonderful! Helped me out for sometime with trying to fix an issue we were having with my car which she definitely didn't have to do. She went across the street to a mechanic to help me out. she was insanely helpful, kind, accommodating and very friendly.”
“Location at Lowell rd in Salem NH was great, parked perfectly for us to exit with ease. The back of the truck was not swept fully, the interior of the cabin dusty and there was a large carboard box broken down with a prime drink left in the cabin as well. The rental equipment was all there which was a plus! None were huge deals to us we just didn't want to be charged for it- were moving and didnt care about cosmetics.
HOWEVER- The System UHAUL THEMSELVES USE IS TERRIBLE! TOOK ME 40 MINUTES TO GET MY TRUCK because I needed "AUTHORIZATION" BEFORE TAKING IT, ALONG WITH GIVING TWO DIFFERENT PEOPLES NAMES AND PHONE NUMBERS TO PROVE MY IDENTITY WHICH IS BS- You have my ID and my credit card and made me take a selfie. I should have been able to get to my location, take the selfie, get my pictures done, and GO not wait for customer service to prove my ID when i pre rented this truck weeks in advance. Then another 20 minutes to Return the truck where it also glitched. That has nothing to do with the place, but it will make me rent in person rather than using online check in/out again.”
“Reserved online for Monday, called 30 minutes before saying I wouldn’t make it but would be in tomorrow. They switched my reservation easy and no hassle! Gave me tips and I was on my way easily. Great place to rent from. Would use them again if needed”
“Today me and my fiancé bought a weber grill . We were unsure how we would get it in my suv but a nice gentleman named Jose helped us out. He helped take the side table of the grill off and even helped my fiancé load the grill in the back of my car. Thank you Jose for making it a easy trip!”
