I brought our car in for an oil change and an overall assessment of needs (24 year old beauty). Their assessment was super helpful and done well, put in priority order, itemized and each recommendation included photos and their justification. This will allow us to determine what to get done first when we take the car out of storage after the winter. Thank you!”

“I took in my vehicle for suspicious exhaust smells and they diagnosed, ordered parts, and completed the repair in a week. They were flexible with my challenging schedule, upfront and honest with pricing (and incredibly reasonable), and even when they did a little more work than expected they remained at the price they had quoted me! AND there’s a 1 year warranty on the parts they fixed!! I cannot recommend Lou’s in Chelmsford enough - I received top notch customer service that was friendly and open in addition to a fixed vehicle for a reasonable price.”

Pole’s looked at the car and exampled there was nothing wrong. To make us feel better , they exampled and showed us why the car is safe. We left with no bill and since then all our family cars go to Pole’s. Honesty and trust is what you get from Pole’s
They do amazing work and always MUCH MUCH more reasonable than the dealership. I highly recommend using Pole’s for all your automotive repairs.”

“Gregg was fantastic! He was extremely thorough explaining the issues with my car. He was quick to do the work and flexible when I couldn’t pick my car up right away. The prices were extremely fair and he replaced my engine and cabin filter at cost, since he was already working in those areas of my car. I don’t know a lot about cars and in the past have felt mechanics have taken advantage of that and overcharged or tried to upsell me. Gregg was not like this at all. I will definitely be coming back for any further work I need!”

“Cannot recommend Rich enough. After my accident I was devastated to lose my car and weary to find a suitable replacement. After finding an exact match to my old car here Rich was patient and kind enough to speak to not only myself but my father and my boyfriend to ease any worries and give as much information as possible. He was considerate and helpful about the process of getting the car back into my state and even offered to have it driven half way to meet us and came in early on days off to help the process. You are in good hands with him. He also recommended a great ice cream place to us after the long drive. Thank you Rich!”

“I generally do whatever car work I'm capable of, but for anything past my skill set, I normally shoot over to West Auto.
Simply the best auto mechanic I've ever patronized.
At a time where literally everything costs more than ever, they have very fair prices. On top of that, they never try and upsell you on parts you don't need. If they tell you that you should replace something on your vehicle, I'd recommend listening to them.
Despite always being busy with a lot full of cars, they have a great turn-around. A couple of times I was in quick need of my car due to winter travel, and they were always able to rip the repair for me in quick time.
Last but not least, Brian and his family are great, and support the community.”
