“Went to get a sticker for my F150, didn't pass because of Rust on rocker panels. Went to dealer and they referred me here. Called them up, Andy met me same day, scheduled a drop off that was convenient for me and picked up 2 weeks later. Took truck back to inspection place and after inspection guy came up to me and asked who did work because of how well it was done and he wanted to recommend them to others. Couldn't be happier.”

“I want to give a massive thank you to the team at Sullivan Tire and Auto in Hudson! I had an unexpected breakdown during the workday earlier this week. I caught a strange whiff of coolant during my morning commute but dismissed it—until lunchtime, when a plume of steam erupted from under my hood after a short drive. Fortunately, Sullivan Tire is just two doors down from my office, and I was able to limp the car into their lot.
Even though it was 1:00 PM and I didn't have an appointment, their team immediately greeted me with a smile. A technician was already under the hood investigating before I even made it out the door to walk back to work. Within 20 minutes of arriving back at my desk, my phone rang with a complete diagnosis and solution.
They were able to track down the part (a broken coolant reservoir return line), get it delivered and installed, and then completely flush and refill the cooling system before the end of the day. I figured I'd be picking it up the next day, but no—it was completely DONE by 5:15 PM, and I was able to drive myself home. On top of the lightning-fast turnaround, the cost of the repair was very reasonable.

“I live down the street from Roy’s so last week when I desperately needed a shop to take a look at a used car we purchased. I gave Roy’s a call, explained my situation and he told me to come on down. They put the car on the lift and went through it throughly. He gave me his honest opinion on the cars issues and asked if I wanted an estimate detailing the cost of all the repairs it needs or just a break down of all its issues. I wanted a break down of each issue the car has so I could present it to the shop I purchased it from simply so they couldn’t try claiming these issues magically occurred in the couple days we had it. He wrote up exactly what was wrong with the car and even stated in his professional opinion the car is not safe for the road. Which is exactly what I needed. The guys at Roy’s were great! Some shops see a woman coming and think they’re going to get a pay day out of it and I didn’t receive that type of energy from Roy’s at all. All the guys we spoke with were very professional, they pointed out the issues they found with the car and answered any questions I had. This specific car won’t be going back to Roy’s because it’s going to the scrap yard but when my Nissan needs any service I will be going to Roy’s from now on. You won’t be disappointed going to Roy’s.”

“The dealership found the source of my 2 concerning sounds: serpentine belt starting to wear and the catalytic converter [not the exhaust] that was causing a loud noise upon start up. The loaner cars are alway so new and clean. They not only washed my car but washed the weathertec floor mats too.”

I have been with Bradley for over 10 years because they take good care of me. Joe, Josh, Andrew and Carrie are the best team. They were able to get me into another vehicle without an issue. They are professional, helpful and Josh went above and beyond to assist me with an issue I needed to get resolved in NY. I highly recommend them, they are fair, easy to work with and understanding.
