This was the cleanest shop I have ever been in. The guys in the office (I think their names were both Mike) were so friendly and welcoming. They answered a bunch of my questions and let me know I would hear from them soon. I received a text when Ben started working on my car and a text with his diagnosis right when he finished. Within a minute of receiving the text with his diagnosis, Ben called to discuss all of the tests he did on my car. He extensively explained how he came up with a completely different answer for my check engine light than a shop in Manchester came up with. I moved forward with having Ben do the repair he knew my car needed.Devoted Repairs saved me thousands of dollars. Had I listened to the first shop that diagnosed my car, I would have spent almost $2k fixing something that wasn't even broken. These guys are honest and provide services at a great cost. “This review is for the service department. We have been bringing our cars here for service for at least a couple of years. The people at the service desk are really helpful and nice. The service is also honest and reasonable, with a complimentary wash! One of the ladies walked me out and showed me where my car was after the service was done. That was very professional of her! Roy and crew (Andrew and Brian are who I work with) are honest, friendly, and knowledgeable (they don't just tell you what you want to hear, they tell it like it is, and then suggest the best approach/solutions). They also suggest ways to perform work that preserves your vehicle (for example, they offer Fluid Film undercoating to protect your vehicle undercarriage in the winter). “I ordered a 383 LT1 engine from Golen. To be clear, I ordered it almost a year ago and it's been in my 1995 Caprice Wagon for 6 months. I made sure to wait a while before reviewing the engine so that I could write accurately whether it was a dud or a bomb.. Happy to tell you, it's BOMB! I wish I could give you some pros and cons, but there just weren't any cons. This engine is everything promised, everything expected and everything it should be. It's a much higher quality build than other crate engines you're going to find online. My 383 LT1 makes the more common 383 crate engines look like the toys you find in the bottom of cereal boxes. This thing is impressive, and the service I got from Golen was equally impressive. Golen engines ain't cheap; but I expect primo when I pay for primo, and this engine is PRIMO! When I dealt with somebody, it was usually Chad Golen, and this guy is probably the most knowledgeable guy I've ever met about B bodies. Chad is so knowledgeable about his engines and the cars they go in, I felt like kind of a moron whenever I talked to him, and I've owned 3 B body sedans and 2 B body wagons. Chad's also super patient, and he can just pop off the top of his head with parts, and part suppliers that work perfectly with my build. The guy could just rattle off an easy answer to any question I had, no matter how obscure the answer. I went deluxe, I had Golen build me the engine, dyno it and I got all Chad's recommended parts, and used the companies he recommended for PCM program, headers, etc.. I followed Chad's advice and instructions as closely as possible and my install and set up went flawlessly. I've been driving the car for the past 6 months and so far, so good. The beastly engine is a real head turner and it generates more power than I'm likely to ever use. From here on out, all my future LT1 projects are getting a Golen engine.”

“My husband & I really like going to Clark's for our two vehicles. They are friendly, listen to what we're saying, and check out and diagnosis the problem. They gave me a car to take home bc my car was going to be at Clark's overnight. They showed me the broken parts and how they went bad when I came to pick it up.Don't know if this is appropriate but two dealerships wouldn't even look at my troubled vehicle for two weeks! Because my car had a brake issue, Clark's found time to look at it that day! I was TOTALLY impressed! When I left their shop with my repaired vehicle, my car drove like it used to before the brake problem!!When I went there for an inspection sticker, several rear lights were out - I would have never noticed them - Clark's put new ones in - all set.”

The problem was determined quickly, and communication regarding a costly catalytic converter replacement was initiated. The entire matter was handled professionally, with ample opportunity to ask questions. My car was ready by late afternoon, and efforts were made to save related parts, thus saving me some money.
