  The coaches are patient and extremely knowledgeable, and will encourage you to be the best version of yourself. I highly recommend CrossFit Kells, regardless of where you are in your fitness journey. I’ve been a member for 3 years and I love this place!

  I joined CrossFit Kells because I wanted to improve muscle strength this year. That is already happening! The bonus is how much I look forward to class.
