I joined CrossFit Kells because I wanted to improve muscle strength this year. That is already happening! The bonus is how much I look forward to class. The amazing trainers and the rest of these wonderful humans are my new favorite people! If you are reading reviews to make a decision, I vote give it a try. Bet you never want to leave.

Being a part of CFK has changed my outlook on fitness in a way I never thought possible. Here I get the sense of community that I never knew I wanted or needed. Jointing is the best thing I’ve done in a very long time!

Great coaches and programming. It seems they are always trying to improve by taking additional courses continually from industry professionals. They care about your success as it is a direct reflection on how well they do their job. No smoke and mirrors, do the work and you will feel and see results. Supportive community filled with like minded individuals who also take great pride in seeing you improve. No matter your starting level (I had never lifted a barbell in my life at 40yrs old) positive energy and encouragement will engage you and drive you to improve.

Amazing experience. I'm a new customer of this business looking to get healthier with birth of my daughter and blown away by the owners Mike and Erin and the transformations they deliver for their clients. They took the time to meet with me personally and I'm a few weeks into a 42 day challenge they run for new folks and already feel so much healthier. The meal plan is easy to follow and I actually love what I'm eating - its all natural and takes the guesswork / hassle out of nutritious balanced meals. Sure I've dropped lbs but even better is that I had some persistent stomach issues (acid) which have now resolved and I feel like I could continue eating like this indefinitely. Many thanks to these guys and if you are thinking of improving your health definitely recommend reaching out to Crossfit Kells.

When I first wrote this, I was trying to be nice about the situation there, but the truth is that they are extremely disorganized and did not appear to have proper safety procedures or consistently trained staff in place. Instead of taking responsibility for their inability to offer classes that adjust for all levels of fitness, they blame their clients. So let's say you asked them if they adjusted for all levels of fitness. Then they don't actually do that, even in small classes. Well, that's your fault because you wanted something they don't offer, i.e., a class where everyone would feel welcome and safe, which is what they promised in the first place. If you are in great shape already, then maybe this is the place for you, but otherwise, I would say it is dangerous - they even make you sign something saying that their exercises are dangerous and could even cause death. A lot of one-man, highly disorganized little exercises places have popped up. I tried a bunch of them a while ago and passed on all before joining the favorite local gym. If you are out of shape, save yourself the trouble of all this experimentation: you are better off at an established gym with highly trained staff and lots of systems in place. People should also look at the "Reviews currently not recommended." One, in particular, is disturbing.

I have only been a part of CFK for about 1.5 months. One of the best decisions I have made. They made me feel like I became part of the CFK family day 1. The owners and trainers are best in class and are always there to answer any questions, help you with workouts and motivate you. The other members of the gym are friendly and supportive as well. I am feeling great and getting stronger physically and mentally. By far the BEST gym I have been a part of.

Awesome atmosphere, great coaches and great instruction. The community is so fun and motivating - makes you want to get in there and work hard no matter what level you’re at! I love that CFK is all about lifting and exercising carefully, not just as fast and heavy as possible. If you're thinking about trying it out, do it!

Easily the best CrossFit gym in the area. Brand new facility w/tons of space. So much quality Rogue gear, two 15 foot ropes to climb, bumper plates, barbells, huge pullup rig, weightlifting platforms, strongman stones, and so much more. Even better than the gear and space is the people! They are so welcoming and warm and kind. You will surely fit right in - and they will make sure to help you feel comfortable!

Love the community at kells! Wonderful people and a great atmosphere to work out at. I have grown so much in the past year of coming here, and couldn't imagine not being here at 7pm mon-fri!!
