The Virgin Atlantic lounge at Boston Airport is described as one of the better and best lounges in Terminal E, with a cozy, vibrant, and relaxing feel. Staff are frequently noted as superb, very welcoming, friendly, and helpful with great attitude. The lounge offers a home-feeling service and is considered a great little Plaza Premium lounge. Food has many options, including vegetarian choices, with items like the Mediterranean salad, chicken burger, butter curry, and impossible burger mentioned as nice and very satisfying. Cocktails, beer, and wine are available. The space provides long comfy couches, seen as the best sleeping opportunity in the airport, though one area with these sofas is noted as super brightly lit and very cold. The venue is also sometimes described as a bit warm or as a dark looking venue by some. A significant criticism involves an arrogant receptionist who was unwelcoming. Most guests express a clear intent to return and choose this lounge over others.
The lounge is one of the better ones I've seen. Staff is superb. Great attitude, fun and helpful.Only flaw is, the area where they have large sofas for people to sleep, is super brightly lit, and very cold as well. Could have been better designed.
