“Roman is the BEST!! I have been coming to this UPS Store since I started my non-profit in 2018. Roman has always been an awesome help!! I am always working late and I show up late with documents I need printed out for the next day and he always stays late and doesn't get mad at all which is amazing. I am a one woman show and need all the help I can get. Knowing Roman is so kind and understanding makes my job so much easier. I highly recommend his store 100%.”
“Amazing service. The person helping me went above and beyond to figure out how to get a package overseas and personally individually packed a set of crystal glassware. He was so gracious about then having to do a recall because the recipient wouldn’t accept it due to tariffs/taxes. So much time put in for me. He was just so kind about a sad and expensive situation. .”
“A package was routed to this location and I had to pick it up for a family member. Unfortunately there was an issue with the way it was labeled so it looked like I wouldn’t be able to receive it, but the staff and management team here helped me work through the logistics of getting it. They take fraud protection here very seriously, which we appreciated, and they checked my identification against their system and connected with the recipient of the package to ensure they could release it to me. While it took a few moments to process, we certainly would rather have them air on the side of caution. Overall, a good experience with professional staff.”
“I had a great experience shipping a package to Ukraine for the first time at this Meest location. The website linked in the Google map description had helpful info on phone number to call to make an appointment. I recommend that if it’s your first time. The gentleman inside was incredibly helpful and patient, and guided me through the process of registering online and filling out the customs form. We are hopeful the package arrives fine, and if it does we definitely will be using them again! The ship time via air was estimated 10-14 days and I found the pricing reasonable.It’s a little hard to find if you haven’t been there before, as the entrance is around the back of the shopping plaza and there was no signage on the street level. But if you go in the plaza, there is a sign for 45 R that points to the driveway around back, there’s a Ukrainian flag outside the door ☺️”

“This post office does not deliver mail. All other services only. Such as, but not limited to, all mailing out/packaging & shipping services, p.o. box rentals, supplies, etc. Great customer service. Never really a long wait unless a customer holds up the line for whatever reason.”

“Jaylen was phenomenal! His customer service is untouchable!!! I came from the other FedEx location (just a few minutes from this location) and was so upset by the nasty customer service I experienced. I walked out and decided to try another location and I'm so glad I did. I was ready to boycott FedEx entirely and move the company's shipping services to UPS but Jaylen was so kind. If you're reading this do NOT go to 310 Paramount Dr. Go to the FedEx in the Walmart on 36 Paramount Dr. Jaylen and Chris were great!”
“I ship packages from here a lot and this is probably the most efficient post office I’ve ever been to. Today, I stopped by to inquire about a package that the tracking number said had been delivered but that I hadn’t received yet. The gentleman working in the mail room told me they didn’t have it there but that he’d reach out to the carrier and make sure it was delivered. Sure enough, one hour later, at 5:30pm I saw the mail truck coming up to my house and there they were with my packages. Exceptional experience all around! I thought those were lost.”
“Received excellent customer service! Received a phone call because My Tracking # Was Duplicated & it showed in their system that my package was not received so I got a phone call to confirm that I did in fact receive my package. Also my delivery driver kevin is such a Nice Guy!

“Nicest people working here! I came in to mail two letters thinking I had enough postage on both. They double checked and I was short $0.28. I had to go back to my car to get my wallet but they said I could pay them back next time. Since I don’t come here often I went out to get my wallet and paid the money right away but they were so kind to make that offer. With so many people mean or dishonest these days, it’s nice to find a place where employees are so kind.”
“Just bought a lawn tractor at Home Depot and received the shipping and tracking info the following week. I saw that the shipper was Estes Express Lines. I was like "who?!" I Googled them real quick, and was a bit freaked out by all of the really bad reviews. I was thinking "uh-oh this may not end well". I think some of that feeling was because I have had a few less-than-stellar experiences with Home Depot. Anyway, I got the tractor today. It WAS 1 day late, but the tracking and text messages I received from Estes were more detailed than USPS, UPS or Fedex, I was called last night (kind of a freaky bot call) to notify me of the delivery window, and the driver called about 30 minutes before delivery. The guy arrived right on time, unloaded the crate and put it right where I asked him to--which I was happy about since the crate weighed about 600lbs! So, just speaking from one experience, I was pleasantly surprised. If not for the 1-day late thing, which was no huge deal for me, I would have given them 4-stars.”
“I cannot believe these reviews. it's a post office. get in, mail your package, and get out. simple as that. staff is great, my packages never get lost, and one of the men working there was so helpful in finding other solutions for me when mailing a $60 parcel. before writing something negative think to yourself, was I a part of the problem? 10/10 will always use this post office.”
