They have continuously misplaced our mail. We believe they have been delivering our mail to other addresses internationally.

I really wish I could put zero stars because my experience was awful. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude to me. Tried to belittle me and wouldn't let me return my package without any given reason she discriminated me based off of my looks.

Very rude people working here. What a shame! I don't understand who hires this kind of people on a costumer service job.
