I really wish I could put zero stars because my experience was awful. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude to me. Tried to belittle me and wouldn't let me return my package without any given reason she discriminated me based off of my looks.

Very rude people working here. What a shame! I don't understand who hires this kind of people on a costumer service job.

The rude attitude of the skinny black woman on front desk was abhorrent. She tends to be rude towards black men, but cheerful towards white men as observed each time one needs an assistance. #Self hate
