I have been a very happy regular customer for 20 years, and this week they took care of a nail in my husband's tire, then a few days later saved my car after an oil change (done elsewhere, silly me) went wrong and the car had to be towed. Quick response, great communication (thanks, George!), photos so I can demonstrate the issue, and repair made with no pressure to do more than was necessary. Excellent service, as usual!”

“I tried to get into the Rockland location with a flat tire (running on spare). That location was full up and I was referred to the Abingdon location by Joe (awesome solution and well handled).
I contacted Abington and Ian Was extremely helpful on the phone. I ran over over and dropped the rim and flat off so they could get the tire mounted and make the next visit quick.
The tire took a day to get in (No problem!), Ian Said I could drop by in an hour. I opted to wait another day so I could coordinate my work obligations.
I called this morning and got a 10:30 AM time slot.
I waited while they installed the wheel and put away my spare. Average wait time and the job was completed as expected.
I believe the world is not perfect. The entire staff did an outstanding job. They Identified my needs and delivered excellent customer service, All whilst being in a non perfect world. It's all how you handle the minor delays etc.

“I highly recommend this shop. I brought my 2010 Ram 1500 in for a right front wheel bearing and ball joints on the same corner. Ken went above and beyond to get this job done. New England corrosion caused it to be a lot harder than expected but Ken pulled off a miracle that other shops would have quoted a crazy amount more for.”

“We bought new tires online and had them installed at a tire shop in Kingston. I could tell that something was wrong with the tires as the truck wasn't driving smoothly. We took the truck back to the installer. After 3 appointments, they told me there wasn't anything they could do.
I moved on to another tire place, this time in Hanover, and was told the same thing. These were expensive goodyear tires! I finally went to Sullivan Tire in East Bridgewater. Turns out that the tires were defective and didn't pass the road force test that they conducted.
Max couldn't have been any more helpful. He worked with us to return the original tires and helped us pick a better tire for less money. I will only go to Sullivan Tire in the future. The service we received was exceptional!”
