“Providence Diamond is always welcoming, with a friendly and attentive staff. Walter and the entire team are professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Every visit is a great experience!”

“What an amazing positive experience dealing with this company. Angela was so knowledgeable, efficient & extremely pleasant to work with. She took the time to go through all the coins and jewelry we brought in and helped us to understand the value of each. An example of her honesty and expertise is we thought we had brought in a sterling silver necklace, only for her to tell us it was actually white gold. As this was our first time doing anything like this we would highly recommend this company to anyone.”

“I recently went to Hingham Jewelers to have my diamond ring reset into a new setting. Upon arriving I was warmly greeted by Joe. He informed me that my ring had a pretty good size chip in it. He gave me suggestions on how to proceed. I decided with a recut/polish of the diamond and reset. The outcome was beautiful. I highly recommend Hingham Jewelers, the workmanship was superb and the process was seamless. See Joe, he's the best!”

“If you’re looking for jewelry for a special someone or any occasion, I highly recommend ROM’s Jewelers. My wife has been going there for 15–20 years, and I’ve been a customer for many years myself. The customer service is truly unbelievable.

What really stands out is that they never try to oversell you. They listen to what you’re looking for, focus on your needs, and make the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. Everyone there is so kind, accommodating, and professional.

I visited a few other jewelry stores while searching for something very special, but in the end, ROM’s was my final stop — and that’s where I made my purchase. In fact, I traveled all the way back from Texas to Massachusetts to make my final choice there. It was absolutely worth the trip, time, and effort.

The ladies there are amazing, and the level of care they provide is hard to find these days. Highly recommend!”

“Great products with even better customer service. Mark and team spent hours with us designing our ring to be exactly what we wanted! I recommended them to everyone I know.”

“I called this Hannoush on a hope and a prayer a week before my wedding due to my setting for my diamond being an absolute mess. My engagement ring was not bought at Hannoush, however, we had always heard good things about them so we gave it a shot. It was a 4-prong originally and it was always getting loose and became so crooked.
They told me to come in that same day I called to see what they could do. They ended up changing the head entirely to a 6-prong for me, for a reasonable price in my opinion. The gentleman that took care of me was the real MVP and made sure the timeline of fixing the ring would align with the wedding. I picked it up quite literally the DAY before the wedding and I was absolutely blown away by how it turned out. It looks even better than it did before and I’m absolutely in love with the results. So thankful for their calm energy, great customer care, and the beautiful job they did on my ring. My family and I also looked around after picking up my ring and they have some really gorgeous stuff in there. Would highly recommend. I’ll definitely be back in the future.”

“Five stars!!! Outstanding selection, excellent service, and flawless repairs. From purchase to aftercare, this jewelry store is the best around —highly recommended!”
