“Just wanted to give a huge shoutout to James and Tom! I have personally witnessed true customer service from the both of them with other customers and myself!
James went above and beyond honoring a sale that didn’t start till the next day but because the signs were out he went ahead and honored the sale price which was really appreciated and just totally cool!
With Tom I witnessed a customer upset that there was a price discrepancy over an item that was a couple bucks and to provide a great experience and customer service Tom out of his own pocket bought the item for the customer!
It was truly amazing to see how caring and customer oriented these two were and how refreshing it truly was!
I just think the both of them deserve the respect of being recognized in a job where thanks isn’t always given!
Thank you both James and Tom for being friendly and just awesome dudes! I really like going to this Dollar General for the atmosphere of good people, great service and just a friendly environment!

You learn to get to know them and they stay there. That’s something to say about the management these people stay they’re nice. “Over the years I have been shopping at the Dollar Tree. I like to shop at different locations and in my opinion the Dollar Tree on Granby Road in Chicopee is the best. The staff all around are excellent, they are so helpful and very nice. I haven't had a bad experience yet. Every time I go in there she is on the floor stocking, cleaning etc. you can tell she takes pride in her work. The store is so so clean and always fully stocked it really is a beautiful store it is impressive., I will never go to another Dollar Tree. So to Marium and her staff keep up the good work you are appreciated”

“I recently started coming to this dollar tree after having an unpleasant experience with an employee at the Enfield, CT locations. The employees here are always nice and helpful. The store is on the smaller side and usually when I go there are a lot of boxes that haven't been unpacked, but I can usually still find what I am looking for.”

“Well we did manage to get 40 items at $95 dollars or so between food and household items so that wasn't horrid pricing wise. Quality could be better for what you're paying for but this isn't like Dollar General. It's just a step down, for economical benefits (comparitive pricing)”
“I had been having a really bad day yesterday and I woke up today saying that it was gonna be a better day. Shall I mostly dawn down to the Family Dollar over here and me not having much money, II had to get my little kitten that I just got a couple days ago a litter box. So he just really made my day, I just wanted to give AAA rating which was totally all 5 stars, and a review cause that man was very sweet and I believe I'm gonna have a better day today. Shoutout to the Family Dollar Team Working on Easter Sunday
I just want to take a moment to recognize and sincerely thank the Family Dollar employees who were working on Easter Sunday. It’s not easy giving up a holiday to serve the community, and it’s even harder doing it with the level of patience, grace, and professionalism I witnessed.
Despite dealing with some difficult customers, the staff kept their composure, stayed respectful, and managed to maintain a light, welcoming mood throughout the store. Their teamwork, positive energy, and willingness to help didn’t go unnoticed. It made a big difference in the shopping experience that day, and I truly appreciate each of them for showing up and showing out.
