“I love going to this store. My friend and I call it. The good Dollar tree store is open. It has been clean. People are nice. I love the cashiers they smile they laugh. You learn to get to know them and they stay there. That’s something to say about the management these people stay they’re nice. “I went into the store on Saturday October 4th around 3:30 pm with my service dog. My dog was behaving. I was walking around the store. A customers child ran down the aisle when she Turn on the corner I was there with my dog. The dog did nothing no reaction whatsoever the child laughed. A child then went up to their mother and the mother pronounced in the store very loudly that girl does not look like she needs a service dog. The cashier so the whole entire thing came up to me and said don’t worry your service dog is perfectly fine and can stay in the store. I have all my tags as proof that she is a certified service dog. The cashier was amazing and very helpful. I may not look like I need a service dog, but no one knows the story on why I have it because it’s not anybody’s business unless I tell you. Just wanted to give a Good review.”

“Over the years I have been shopping at the Dollar Tree. I like to shop at different locations and in my opinion the Dollar Tree on Granby Road in Chicopee is the best. The staff all around are excellent, they are so helpful and very nice. I haven't had a bad experience yet. Every time I go in there she is on the floor stocking, cleaning etc. you can tell she takes pride in her work. The store is so so clean and always fully stocked it really is a beautiful store it is impressive., I will never go to another Dollar Tree. So to Marium and her staff keep up the good work you are appreciated”
“Don't think everything will be a dollar, common sense...some items you should check for expiration date, do your homework, sometimes you are not saving , most of the items found here will be at your supermarket...but some aren't....also avoid the crowds,.”
“Went in to pre-order a bouquet of balloons for my daughter's bridal shower Saturday. The staff was efficient, knowledgeable, and seemed to have a good time helping me choose different styles to go together. And at a dollar per balloon, how do you beat that!”

“Well we did manage to get 40 items at $95 dollars or so between food and household items so that wasn't horrid pricing wise. Quality could be better for what you're paying for but this isn't like Dollar General. It's just a step down, for economical benefits (comparitive pricing)”
“I recently started coming to this dollar tree after having an unpleasant experience with an employee at the Enfield, CT locations. The employees here are always nice and helpful. The store is on the smaller side and usually when I go there are a lot of boxes that haven't been unpacked, but I can usually still find what I am looking for.”

“I had been having a really bad day yesterday and I woke up today saying that it was gonna be a better day. Shall I mostly dawn down to the Family Dollar over here and me not having much money, II had to get my little kitten that I just got a couple days ago a litter box. Some food and I want to get a matoid. Well, I wasn't dollars, something short and the manager. I believe he was a manager just now. It happened. The kindness out of his heart, I told him i'd be back for the food because they didn't have a quick enough and you turned around and told me to go ahead and have a very good day, and just that alone made me feel like today was gonna be the best day ever cause someone actually. Was good to me. I've been having it so rough this past few days and everything's been going wrong and for me not to be a honey, even get my cat. A litter box and food cause I'm kind of hurting for money. I had fourteen dollars and this Gentlemen, kindly went ahead and made sure that I didn't go without capital. So he just really made my day, I just wanted to give AAA rating which was totally all 5 stars, and a review cause that man was very sweet and I believe I'm gonna have a better day today. Thank you family dollar for hiring such great employees”

“Good place to get things for cheap, and very good selection! You'de be surprised how much of your everyday use things you can get here! A lot of the same name brand stuff you get other places for a lot more money! I say why spend more money for the same thing than you need too! Place is usually kept pretty clean and organized and the staff does a great job doing what they can to keep it that way.”
“This store has been closed for at least 6 to 8 weeks because of no AC and I guess they also closed in the winter for the same problem with the heat. We really need a dollar store open in this area so I hope they're not going to be closed for Good. Seems like they need to update the heating and air conditioning system so I don't know if they own the building or if they pay rent on it but they're losing a lot of money by being closed for so long which is a shame for both them and the customers who rely on them.”

Shoutout to the Family Dollar Team Working on Easter Sunday
I just want to take a moment to recognize and sincerely thank the Family Dollar employees who were working on Easter Sunday. It’s not easy giving up a holiday to serve the community, and it’s even harder doing it with the level of patience, grace, and professionalism I witnessed.
Despite dealing with some difficult customers, the staff kept their composure, stayed respectful, and managed to maintain a light, welcoming mood throughout the store. Their teamwork, positive energy, and willingness to help didn’t go unnoticed. It made a big difference in the shopping experience that day, and I truly appreciate each of them for showing up and showing out.
