“I visited this Home Depot for the purpose of seeing about replacement screens from windows I had purchased from there several years ago. I went to the Millwork department where I met Ian. After explaining my situation Ian was very helpful and got me a quote which was emailed to me a few days later. I then went back to the store on Saturday and again spoke with Ian who was able to place the order for me. Afterwards I roamed the store and bought a few others items. Overall the store was clean and well stocked. Other employees I came in contact with were friendly and helpful with the questions I asked. Plenty of free parking.”

He worked directly with my contractor when possible which took much stress off of me. All my questions were answered promptly and courteously. We have dealt with several construction projects in the past including two major additions to our house but I can honestly say this was the most seamless well organized and pleasant experience we have ever gone through. Diane B walked us through the project from day one and maintained communication throughout ensuring everything was completed in a timely fashion. She helped us with the numerous styles, paint colors, countertop selections and even hardware choices. The installer Kurt was excellent at his craft, always punctual and communicated the plans perfectly. Everything came out beautiful. We both enthusiastically recommend Kelly Fradet if you are looking for a kitchen remodel. They have excellent customer service and do phenomenal work.”
