“The store is always neat and quiet, and generally well stocked. Plenty of parking here too. The only downsides are that I lose my bearings in there because they change the displays so often I can never remember which way is out, and it takes a while to find someone who works there - no standard uniforms to pinpoint them, or even standard lanyards for IDs.”
“Needed a whole outfit for a rehearsal dinner coming up. Woody helped me out and spent at least an hour putting together different options. Very helpful and patient. Highly recommend DXL and working with Woody in particular.”

“Thoughtful merchandising and signage. The isles are kept nice and appealing. It helps for searching for something specific without spending a lot of time looking. The few moments while choosing bath towels, several employees walked by with a friendly hello. That was an added bonus along with a great pick of towels and affordable price. The friendly checkout experience concluded the visit. Overall, a positive place to shop.”

“I went into the store on 4/23 in the morning and it seemed that only one employee was working. She was folding clothes, helping customers with dressing rooms, and ringing up items. She never showed any sign of stress and smiled through it and was calm and cool given the obvious circumstance of being left alone to do all the tasks. She is a great employee who should be recognized. I only wish I was able to get her name but I’m sure the store knows who it was working at that time. The receipt showed associate 980859 if this helps.

“Great store with awesome deals. We love going to this store. Everything there is high quality and reasonably priced. The customer service is top notch as well. We got home (live about an hour away) and found an extra item in our bag that had mistakenly been put in while bagging. I called them up to see how I could return it and they told me that it was their fault and to keep it. They said they wouldn't expect me to go out of my way to correct their error. I will definitely be going back! Also, they offer a 15% military discount I believe.”
