“Customer service nowadays can be a challenge. Both Cheryl and Misty at K&G Fashion Superstore restored my faith in good customer service again. Cheryl though busy took the time to both help me locate pants to suit in my size at another location while also giving me info on someone that may be in a position if at all possible to have pants shipped to store. Misty, Assistant Manager located stores that had pants, called to put pants on hold in addition to sending emails to the Reading and Somerville location. These 2 women gave me a reason to shop in this store again and to tell as many people as I know about the Dedham location!!!”

“I was running to the airport an then to important meeting the next day without a jacket. I called ahead with minutes to spare and the manager said 'yep I got you one and I'm going to put it aside'. I ran in and he fitted me then we decided there was another one even better and in 5 minutes I was out the door. He was so polite and professional. So I looked great at the meeting and sealed the deal ... made 7 billion dollars... all cuz of him.. haha, well everything's true except the 7 billion part.”

The store was very clean and well organized.I was greeted by Kevin as I walked in. He listened to my needs and he was able to guide me into buying the rugged flex work pants. They are AWESOME!
