We enjoyed our stay at Rugosa Guest House and greatly appreciated the room upgrade. We are art lovers and had a great time looking at the diverse art collection on the walls. The lobby is gorgeous as well. Shauna was a pleasure to talk to and she made great suggestions. Thank you so much!

Absolutely a cut above the rest! The room was clean and well organized. The hallways and dining room were simplistic and well designed. And most of all the entire area was serene and quiet. A perfect place to relax and unwind. I would love to come back again because one night isn't enough. Thank you!
The Rugosa is a gorgeous, 10 room boutique guest house with a beautiful, private back yard, gardens, and sunny patio seating area. This eclectic, dog friendly property has undergone many transformations in recent years under fresh, new management. Entirely redecorated, this traditional, antique New England home has been transformed with colorful paintings, folk art, found objects and houseplants.
