“I lived at Hathaway Farms Townhomes in Northampton, MA for over ten years, and it was a wonderful place to call home. The community is quiet, beautifully maintained, and truly welcoming — a perfect blend of comfort and convenience.
One of the standout features for me was how pet-friendly the property is. They allow dogs, which was a huge plus, and there’s plenty of green space around for walking and enjoying time outdoors with your pet.
The leasing team, especially Erin, was always professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive. Any questions or maintenance needs were taken care of quickly, which gave real peace of mind.
The location is another big advantage — close to downtown Northampton, local shops, walking trails, and with easy access to major routes. It’s ideal for those who want both accessibility and a calm, suburban setting.
The townhomes themselves are spacious, with smart layouts, lots of natural light, and private entrances — it really felt like living in a house, not just a rental. After a recent visit to see some old friends I noticed the beautiful new windows being installed!
After more than a decade here, I can confidently say Hathaway Farms is a fantastic place to live — especially if you're looking for a pet-friendly, peaceful community with great support and location.”

“I just completed a second handbuilding workshop at Easthampton Clay, located in the Eastworks building. Both instructors were very thorough, answering any question I may have while individually attending to each student, assuring their project was successfully completed. I cannot wait to sign up for the full handbuilding class that is offered in this quaint, restored factory building!”
