Their automated computer or perhaps a real person, downgraded my CDL to a Class D which was a terrible ? thing because I'm a School Bus Driver and a CDL with P and S endorsements are required. No workee, no payee. The RMV Help Desk Clerk (man) straightened it all out in a few minutes with one phone call. He told me that he doesn't know where the woman he spoke with pulled my info out of but it has now been upgraded. He printed me a copy of his compter screen showing my active CDL status.
