“I was visiting the Pioneer Valley and decided to pop on in, because I cannot help but explore a new independent bookstore Within minutes it immediately proved itself to be a total delight of an establishment - with special kudos to its fantastic selection that had me agonizing in the best way possible which titles to take home with me.”

“Probably the most organized and clean Barnes and Noble we have been to in Ma with the most friendliest of employees from the checkout to Starbucks , my kids and I enjoyed our experience here.
Keep it up !”

“I’ve trawled the bookstores across most of the country and some English bookstores abroad and this is my favorite bookstore on the planet. Once near the end of reading through a novelist’s oeuvre I popped by Grey Matter and found two books by her that I didn’t have: the ex Libris stamps in front were from an English professor who wrote about her work. Grey Matter replenishes the ecosystem of America’s libraries. It saves the dead, revivifies them, hands them to the living.”

“"What's that, Mom?!"
'It's a book store, dear.'
"Uh...What's a book?"

Oh, what you miss if you don't read. The great smell of ephemera is worth a trip any day to B&N.
Still doing their best.
Lots of competition online but you really need to hold and see certain books before purchase”

“Great place for kids to check out the latest. I stopped in for my daughter to check out graphic novels. More available newer titles than the local libraries. High Five books has a few more things than books, and appeals to our youth. Staff are welcoming and helpful. Great pricing. Nice atmosphere. Wish the parking lot was larger.”

“I visit once a year to fill up on books for grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. I am never disappointed, and neither are the kids. I refuse to frequent the box stores that exists to squash small independents and limit my choices.”

“I am so thrilled that someone has stepped in to take over running this store, which has been a favorite stop for decades. So many independent bookstores are gone now, and to take this on with they energy and style that the new owner has done is admirable. They’ve made a ton of progress bringing back a place that was long languishing, and are bringing new life to it with things like music, etc. Great selection, and I’ve seen some changes in a place that formerly didn’t have much movement of stock. Will everyone agree with everything they post or promote? I WOULD HOPE NOT! That’s how ideas work, and a bookstore trades in the diversity of ideas. The rest is commentary. READ.”

“If you are like me and enjoy reading a book on a gloomy day then this is the place to go! Heritage has a great selection of used. Oils to choose from. Sure it's easy to order a book of off prime and have it couple days later. But there's just something really special about this place that keeps me coming back.”

“Super cute book place with lots of personality. Really liked looking through the store and seeing what books and curiosities they had for sale. Super nice and helpful staff too!”

“I have been shopping here for years. It's one of the only used book stores still around locally. It is owner-operated and friendly. There are a lot of gems but you do need to spend the time to look through the many books, but that's the fun and relaxing part. There's ample off-street parking and you can pay with debit card. I hope they stay in business for many years to come.”

“This is by far one of the best bookshops I've ever been to. I Love the selection and the way the books are displayed. The place is super cozy and welcoming. Definitely a fan !”

“Great college bookstore. Useful supplies without wearing out the ole purse strings. The mechanical pencil section is beyond adequate with several graphite gauges, erasers, et cetera.Love the merch! We obtained several shirts and hot beverage containers --- all way less expensive than attending school there, and much easier to get in. You simply pull the door open.”
