“I was visiting the Pioneer Valley and decided to pop on in, because I cannot help but explore a new independent bookstore Within minutes it immediately proved itself to be a total delight of an establishment - with special kudos to its fantastic selection that had me agonizing in the best way possible which titles to take home with me.”

“My mother and I both had gift cards for the store so decided to spend time perusing the isles. Filled with more than we could imagine, we spent over two hours there and that was just the top floor! We each found some good books, and decided to come back another day to tour the first floor. Great outing for both of us!”

“I’ve trawled the bookstores across most of the country and some English bookstores abroad and this is my favorite bookstore on the planet. Once near the end of reading through a novelist’s oeuvre I popped by Grey Matter and found two books by her that I didn’t have: the ex Libris stamps in front were from an English professor who wrote about her work. Grey Matter replenishes the ecosystem of America’s libraries. It saves the dead, revivifies them, hands them to the living.”

“Stopped in for the spring sale, always worth the look thru the used selection, and their new section of queer literature is always expanding. Can't visit Florence without a bookends stop!”

“A well stocked, two floor bookstore. They have a wide variety from children's books to fiction to philosophy. All sections are organized and easily identifiable. They also have novelty items like stickers, thank you notes, candles etc. upstairs you can find Mount Holyoke college merchandise. They have a small selection of marked down books. Some books are signed by the author and are easily identifiable by a sticker on the front cover. The staff were helpful and polite.”

“"What's that, Mom?!"
'It's a book store, dear.'
"Uh...What's a book?"

Oh, what you miss if you don't read. The great smell of ephemera is worth a trip any day to B&N.
Still doing their best.
Lots of competition online but you really need to hold and see certain books before purchase”

“This was a great find. This is definitely aimed at younger readers than us but still a place I recommend to visit. We got a couple books for the little guys at home. There is a dedicated parking lot right outside. We are looking for to going back again soon!”

“This is an interesting find. They had a lot good books for sale. There were many cool magnets available too. The staff here were very friendly and professional. Unfortunately the interior of the building is not best suited for a guy of my size to move around without bothering others. There is plenty of street parking available outside. We are looking forward to going back again soon!”

“Every time I go to Booklink I come home with 2-3 books that I am super excited to read! They have a truly unique selection of books - a mix of best selling and uncommon books, and many that straddle genres. It’s my favorite bookshop in the world!”

“Great college bookstore. Useful supplies without wearing out the ole purse strings. The mechanical pencil section is beyond adequate with several graphite gauges, erasers, et cetera.Love the merch! We obtained several shirts and hot beverage containers --- all way less expensive than attending school there, and much easier to get in. You simply pull the door open.”
